Everyone there exceptionally kind. Front desk Debbie has excellant customer service. Bethany the mammogram tech was informative, professional and had great bedside manner! I was super nervous as this was my 1st time but everything went smooth and the doc that came in with results was great as well. I highly recommend this location!

I only use Banner Imaging. They are reliable and work you in if the situation could be life threatening. The med techs are kind and compassionate. I feel well cared for each time I go.

This location has the friendliest staff I've ever encountered in a medical plaza. From making my appointment (by phone) to the end when leaving, each procedure, each technician was professional & courteous.

While checking in for my procedure, I noted the staffs posted board for tracking each procedures whereabouts as for being on schedule(running XX behind, on time, ahead)-love this! I think that is a great process not just for staff, but visitors as well. It's always great to forecast things and the board does just that!
All of the staff, from the receptionist making appointments up to the technicians performing procedures(Charlotte, Michelle, John & I can't promise the spelling is even close to right here)were professional, polite and truly a please to work with. I would definitely recommend the Banner Imaging Lakes location for anyone in need of appointments/procedures.

I recommend the Lakes imaging center in every way. The staff is phenomenal, and the image technicians are very friendly and professional, and I have ALWAYS been made to feel completely comfortable every single time I have been there over the years. It is top notch!

Love this facility. They were very attentive, respectful, clean, explained everything that was going to be done, did a full check of things, asked the appropriate health questions that were needed for the examine before they started. I just liked Banner Imaging. Will go back if needed in the future. Also definitely recommend. Payment wise, if paying out of pocket they do give significant discounts if you pay in full the same day. That was a plus for me.
