I have been a BofA customer for about.5 years now... Switched from Wells Fargo? Lately I have been having issues with my debit card forcing me to have to go inside the branch to withdraw money. I have no issues with that. The issue that I do have is why is it when I walk in the door I am not greeted?I receive a strange look accompanied with silence Each of the 3 times now ..Same girl sitting at the doorBUT AS SOON AS SEONE ELSE WALKS IN..RIGHT BEHIND ME Greeter girl is on point with those people she says "Hi! Welcome In" !! How are you doing".... Im pissed now, and I feel disregarded and I feel like I have some huge ugly gross looking thing attached to me.. So freekin rude! So Im going back in and will close my account with BofA due to this!! .

It’s 3:30 and I just went there to make a withdrawal and to deposit foreign currency. There were two customers in the building and it looked like 6-10 employees. The manager told the desk clerk, tell her to come back tomorrow because she was already working with the one other customer. Horrible, non existent staff manage. Pulled what I had left in savings and went to another bank.They don’t care!

Henry Reyna the SENIOR BANKER is unbelievable rude, I have a business and personal account with B of A. I have never had an experience like the one I had today. Not only is he unprofessional, judgmental and rude, he is argumentative and aggressive. I walked away and he followed continuing to escalate the issue I was attempting to avoid. I have filled a complain with the 1800 number and have reached out to the branch manager. I hope to hear back from someone as this demeanor was neither warranted or deserved. I am disgusted with experience, I am grateful of my long standing history or I would be convinced to never use B of A for anything personal and definitely for nothing professional.

Came here around 2 pm on a Friday. Needed a cashier's check, so I went inside. There was only one teller. Someone else asked if another window could be opened, and the answer was no. Only one teller working at this hour? So I waited in line for awhile, even though there was only one person ahead of me. Didn't realize my account didn't include cashier's checks, so it cost me $15. I also bank with Wells Fargo, and don't get charged for this service. Lesson learned. There were 8 people in line when I left. Poor staff management at this location.

This is by far the worst branch. It never had by ONE teller station open, yet it is the heart of Sun City where many elderly people bank, and need teller or RB assistance. I was in line for 20 minutes, with 8 people behind me. I walked out. I can go across the street to Chase and see 3 tellers, so, guess where I am moving my accounts to.

This branch like all other B.O.A.’s does not want you to access your $$$$. Why do they close at 4pm the day before a big holiday, when Chase Bank is open till 5??? The working man/woman cannot get to their cash ?. They’ve even closed all of their drive thru banking. Time for everyone to pull their $$$ and go elsewhere…??

Terrible in person service. 12 people waiting in line for one teller. Elderly people here with canes, walkers just waiting truly disappointing.

This place is absolutely useless. We made an appointment to set up a safety deposit box and they were 30 minutes late. Due to this we missed our next two appointments. Why do we even have bank tellers? Not only we’re they useless but they didn’t even acknowledge we were waiting. This is all after our original appointment was canceled last minute and moved to a location 20 miles away. Everyone here should be fired
