This simple review won’t do the shop justice, but I will recommend them (and have already) to anyone I know getting off road work done in the Phoenix area.I came in with a stock Rubicon and left with an off road beast that drove better than stock. I had them install a lift, all new performance steering parts, new shocks, a new bumper and winch, a new spare tire carrier, RV flat tow components, 37” tires, and a Tazer programmer.They were so great to work with- friendly, knowledgable, communicative, flexible, and affordable. Not sure how it could’ve been a better experience.This shop knows what it’s doing and it shows. I’m very happy with the results.”

“Button pushers. Not much experience with car parts. As with most of the parts stores, you have to know what you are looking for and what the part does. Simple things like oil change, batteries, and consumables items are very easy. More complex items can confuse them. Do your own research before you go. I don't enjoy making several trips to get the correct part when I want to believe they know what they are doing. Still better customer service, so far. But that can change within a day. Work pride sucks with most under 30 people.”

“Went here for the first time this year, told them what I wanted, waited for the parts to come in ( which took a long time but they were special order/back order ) Jose, Called me and told me the parts were in, we scheduled days to have the parts installed, and boy was I shocked, got my truck back and it looked great! New in channel visors, hood deflector and I special ordered a 360 sunshade thingy where it fits in every window and block virtually all light coming in, and at an affordable price as well! I am super proud of the custom shop, and the team that made my truck look so much better, especially Jose who made it all happen, very professional and I will definitely come back here for my future inquires and upgrades to my vehicles. Best customer service experience I have experienced, especially at a dealer!”
