Leona and Al were absolutely fantastic. Had to replace a 20 year old built in microwave. The new microwave unit was going to accentuate the "yellowing" of the old oven below it...so we decided on all new appliances. Leona was honest, informative, a pleasure to work with and no pressure at all! She gave us a microwave to use in the interim. This mom and pop shop is the real deal! We are so excited! Thank you!

We went to see Al, the owner. He was so informative on washing machines. He even had videos so we could listen to the wash cycle to see if it was quiet or loud. We are very happy with our appliances. Al is a nice guy and he has a great guy come and set up. Thank you Al.

The only place to buy appliances! When we remodeled our kitchen 14 years ago we got all our appliances here. We were out of town for Thanksgiving and came home to a dead refrigerator, again 14 yo. We went to Associated Appliance and were helped by the owners Al and Leona. They were great as always. Prices very competitive and the delivery the next day was superb! Skip the big box chain stores and support local! You won't be sorry.

We bought a new refrigerator from them in April, It stooped working last night. I called Al and explained what happened. He sent out a replacement refrigerator and will have it today.No BS just great service, that’s why we buy from local small businesses.The big box stores never would have handled it this fast.

Last Tuesday my washer died & I needed a new one asap. Their website said they had the model I wanted in stock. Since I was having a crazy week, I called instead of going in. I told them I understood that supply chain issues are causing delays but that I needed it now and asked them to verify that the washer (and dryer) were indeed in stock and ready to be delivered. They verified with their warehouse so I went to the store to purchase the set. While there, they called and verified again that the set was indeed at the warehouse and set up delivery for that Thursday. There was a small snafu with communication on the delivery time, but they returned my call quickly, explained the problem (which they had just fixed), apologized and got the set out to me and set up. Overall, a very good experience. They listened to my needs, were friendly, helpful and I will to them again for more appliances.(If you are looking for a new washer/dryer, I highly recommend the Speed Queen TR7/DR7.)

I can't say enough good about this business and the owners. Excellent to deal with, fair prices, and great service. I would buy anything I ever need again.from them. I purchased, stove, fridge, and dishwasher , and the service was excellent. Great people to do business with, they care , not like the big box stores.
