  They were busy and the line was long but it moved fairly quickly.
  Getting scammed copies of my documents only took a couple of minutes which was really great and convenient. The staff were helpful and got the job done really quick.

  The employees are always so helpful and patient and pleasant. Given that they are primarily working with older adults due to its location, it is especially nice to get help without feeling bad about needing help.

  Desiree helped us to copy some very old, very fragile and very odd-sized genealogical documents. She did a FANTASTIC job (manager, please take note! ?).
