“Facility is extra ordinary, clean very well organized with great technology. The property is heavily monitored, and it’s not just a façade. The interior storage areas are immaculate.I know my unit has lighting in it and I am sure all units have lights which is a huge bonus that many other facilities don’t have.”
“Phoenix was very friendly with me and it was super easy turning in the Penske truck. Didn’t charge me for an extra day as well(which saved me $100 plus). I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but her for Penske rentals or storage. Great person all around. Thank you Phoenix!”

“We just showed up at this place needing to rent a small truck and we assumed since trucks were out front they were available but that was wrong….in hindsight, calling ahead would have made much more sense but the folks who run this truck rental place are very nice and they found us another truck nearby and reserved it and we just had to go over and pay and pick up the truck a short distance away…..they did this for us without us asking, they offered that help.Like I said I’d call ahead but I would recommend this location to rent a truck because they were very helpful to us.”

“Always been a good rental company,if you have a problem call them they will fix it and if you need more time on your rental they will adjust it accordingly to your plans.Penske also doesn't tell you that you can only rent their big moving truck for only 24 hours like U Haul,because of some bs corporate strict rules.”

“Jimmy at 107th Ave & Union Hills made it so convenient to rent a UHaul truck. The truck was clean & ran well. I was worried upon arrival about unloading the truck myself. Just then Tanner from a neighboring business stopped in to say Hi to Jimmy. He looked like a strong young man - when I asked if he would like to earn some extra money by helping me - he readily agreed. He WAS a strong young man & was greatly appreciated!The truck was simple to return - the whole move took only 90 minutes with Tanner’s help! I will use this U-Haul location again! They worked with me every step of the way and made sure I was able to keep my sentimental items I had stored.
