Very unfriendly and unprofessional communication with this specific golf car staff location. It just seems that this place just has pride for themselves and not their customers. Alternative golf car shops will be highly recommended due to my experience @ SWGC!

I was told 2 weeks for rebuild on my engine 5 weeks still not done but I understand they had issues with a machine shop no excuse for what's going on

I called on a Saturday asking if they put golf cart tires onto rims. My husband had ordered them online. I was told to call back on Monday and talk with David. Well, I did and I would say, he was very curt to my questions and very unfriendly on the phone. He did not like the idea that the tires were purchased online. He did recommend Discount tire. Went there and they did the job. So anyone looking to purchase golf cart size tires online and get them installed, check with Discount Tire. Plus, they are a lot friendlier as well.

Had some repair work done. Great service from David and his staff. The cart was returned cleaned and everything worked better than new

Total rip-off joint. Rude people, bad service and criminal pricing. Charged me over $100 for a tire replacement that Discount Golf Cars would have replaced for $25. Charged me $300 for an ignitor replacement and I drove the cart home (2 blocks) and the cart was dead. Apparently, they didn't check the battery. They then had to pick up the cart again and charged me $228 to replace the battery, which I could have done myself for less than $100.

The service department over hauled my Dad's golf cart and did an outstanding job. Runs like a new cart now. It took a little while but was worth the wait cause they did a great job. Detailed the cart too. Thanks David, Bob and the mechanics also

We bought our Club Car from SW 3 years ago. That was a 5 star experience.We just took it in for the annual service. What a disapointment with the service department. They picked it up last Wednesday. By Friday I had heard nothing so I stopped in. At first David couldn't find the paper work. When it was finally found, he said the service was done but there were some other issues he wanted to double check. Ok. So by Monday afternoon when I hadn't heard anything, I called. He said the front wheel bearings were bad, but I was at the top and would be fixed that day and would be brought back Wednesday. We waited around all day and finally left for a dr appointment at 3:00. When they still hadn't called by 4, we went back to the shop. When I asked David why it hadn't been delivered, he asked who told me it would come back Wednesday and I told him he did. So he said they'd deliver it Thursday, which they did. During the phone calls and in person conversations, I heard the following excuses, which I'm so tired of hearing...We're understaffed, I have new employee's that I have to double check everything on, we're way behind, etc., etc. If you're short staffed or way behind, the don't take in anymore work. Catch up. If you have a golf cart that you're working on, finish the job, then go to the next one. The lack of communication is tiresome. Will not recommend and will not go back.

I have been over here numerous times over the years and I have found them to be one of the most congenial helpful golf cart businesses that I can imagine. Five stars isn’t enough.

As far as customer service goes they get a half star. The man that is in charge of the service portion of the business is very rude and condescending when questions are asked. He got very angry, raised his voice at me then hung up the phone. They have had my cart for about three weeks for a service, I hope the quality of the work is better than customer relations. I will update when I get the cart back.

Outstanding sales staff purchased a 2020 club car. I just up graded to a lithium battery and David in service was outstanding in completing my cart in record time and correctly I would highly recommend the business to anyone
