This was our first experience shopping for a golf cart, and we visited several golf cart shops. Every staff person we encountered was very forthcoming with information.
We made several visits to Pohle Sun City West, and Ricky spent a good deal of time with us each visit, answering all of our questions. He never came across as a high pressure salesperson; in fact he was honest and told us there were other top brands out there. We appreciated that Ricky was very knowledgeable and always gave us his full attention when we were there. We decided to buy from Ricky because of his expertise, great customer service and reliability of his carts.
I highly recommend Pohle Sun City West if you're in the market for a golf cart, whether it be new or used. Their staff is knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to deal with. Thank you Ricky, Josh, Jose, and Oscar!

I want to say how grateful I am to Ricardo, and all of his recommendations to me about my used golf cart and the possibilities of buying a new one from Pohle. He was very knowledgeable, and even had a recommendation for what to do with my old cart, and was not concerned about pushing a sale or pressuring me into trading in with them and getting a new cart. He was just concerned with finding the right resources and fit for my situation. I would highly recommend this This company and the golf carts they sell. If you need any help or service at all, please ask for Ricardo, he was top-notch in his expertise and his care for me as a possible customer.

My EZGO cart left me stranded for no apparent reason. I stopped by Pohle Service to ask for help to do a diagnostic on the cart with their scanner/analyzer.
I was told they would not help me because my battery was not a factory original
and was not purchased from them.
When I purchase a new cart I certainly will not be dealing with these people !

These guys know how to fix EZ-GO golf carts. Before I asked for their help, my cart was slow to start, sluggish on normal roads. After Pohle folks fixed it, the results were astonishing. More zip, more speed, better overall battery usage and management. Thanks for outstanding job!!!

Watch out the owner/worker, whoever it is is the parking lot police! I pulled over in this lot (which had 30 open spaces) to check my phone directions, he came out yelling at me to move! Sorry you had no one at your business lol, so you occupy your time with your parking lot. Which has no reserved signs!!

We have purchased 3 carts from them over the past years. They have always been way above & beyond...until today...Rick was way over the top above & beyond. This young man is a true asset to this company. We stopped by on our way home..knowing our cart battery was low, there was a chance of us not making it home. He charged it till closing time. He was not sure it was enough of a charge to get us home. He loaded it on a trailer, took us home. Way above and beyond! It was his own time since they closed at 5. This put him late getting home. It was so refreshing to be treated this way. So many young people can take a lesson from Rick.

Absolutely love the honesty and care taken when I sat down with Ricky. He spent alot of time helping my wife and I build the perfect cart for us. We took alot of his time that day and after doing that we knew we needed to look no further. Upon delivery the cart was more amazing than we could have ever imagined. Jose the delivery guy was amazing and made sure that knee everything that we needed to know prior to Departing. I cannot speak highly enough about this company, their standard of quality and the professionalism of all working their. I highly recommend that you look no further for your golf cart.

We bought a new EZGO Golf Cart in 2020. EZGO issued a Safety Recall and I had an appointement at 10:30am today. I only waited for 10 minutes and they did the safety repair. I was hoping to see my salesman Oscar, but alas he moved to Ohio last year to be with his grandkids. Rick was sitting in the chair that Oscar used to sit in and he was so pleasant to deal with. I asked him if he was the new Oscar working in sales. He said he wears many hats at Pohle including repairs in the back office. I said I hope they pay you more for being so versatile. I think Rick's boss is lucky to have him and I suggest you pay Rick more for his ability before you lose him to another store. I also had a first class experience with the tall 6' 2" guy in the Repair area, but didn't get his name. Kudos to both employees and thanks for the quick Safety Recall repair.

I wrote a short review 2 weeks ago that was less than complimentary. Got a call from area mgr who was apologetic and offered to have my cart picked up and delivered to install the mirrors. The Cart came back as promised and was actually detailed. I appreciate the reaching out and sincere effort to correct the customer service issue.
