“I took my 15 month old son for blood work the other day for the first time ever, I was super nervous as the reviews suck (and at most of the other locations as well). It was a Friday morning about 9:30 and only a couple people there, we only had to wait a few minutes and we had Hector doing the drawling. First try, super quick and efficient. Not sure if I just picked a great day to go, but I have absolutely no complaints about this location”

“I recommend!! I didn’t have an appointment and they got me in and out within 30 minutes! I thought all staff was very friendly and the phlebotomist was quick and efficient and caused me 0 pain (I’ve been told my veins can be difficult). I know some of the other reviews were very poor but my experience was the complete opposite.. it was great”

“I had a bad experience with my labs at my PCP and I was very scared of doing another one anywhere else. I don’t do needles well and I always tell staff you get one poke only. The young lady that cared for we did an amazing job. Although I was scared, did not know what to expect and hesitant, she did not realize how she made me feel comfortable. She told me she was doing a deep poke. I’m use to that, because my veins never sit high. She was in and out in less Han 10 min and able to fill 5 or 6 tubes. I told here that I was poked 5-6 times at my PCP office and was told they couldn’t get any blood flow. So when it’s time for labs again, I will request a script to Sonora Quest. Thank you for earning my trust.”

“Unless my doctor's order requires a specific lab/location, I always use this Sonora Quest Lab. The front end is business-like and efficient, and the folks who take the samples (phlebotomists?) are always personable and highly skilled. I highly recommend this location.”

“I showed up, I checked in, and they were on time.The girl who took my blood was awesome. She nailed the vein on the first attempt. She was so good I didn't even bruise.I bet if you showed up and didn't know how to check in or hates technology, you'd really dislike this place. If you can't use the tablet, the person at the front desk is not going to be happy.If you don't mind using a tablet, have your ID, and have your insurance card, you're not going to have any issues.”
