“I have used this lab several times since moving to Sun City West two years ago. I find that if I schedule appointment ahead of time, rather than being a walk-in patient, I’m usually in and out in a very timely manner. While waiting to check today, I had two crabby women standing in front of me that were loudly complaining nonstop that the lab had gotten a little behind. One of them remarked “ It’s no wonder they only have 2.4 stars on Google”.
I was called back to my technician a few minutes late. I actually had a second order from a second doctor to request blood for, so it took my technician a little extra time to input that info. In addition to this, it was nearing their quitting time. My technician was Kari.. she was so kind and caring and careful. I think people forget that we’re all human have a customer back there may be having a bad day meeting a little extra help and a little extra time. So even though my appointment ran a little late today… I resolved to leave this little lab five stars. You visit this lab… Look into the faces and listen to the voices of the people who work there… They genuinely do care and do want to do a good job for their customers. It’s really not their fault that they get a little behind… It’s likely that it’s more the fault of us, the customers, who come in unprepared..

“The team here did an amazing job when my 1 year old had to get labs drawn. Kudos to Tara who helped me out today when I was in a bind as a patient. I also deliver specimens here for my job. Staff are always pleasant, professional and helpful. Only complaint is they should go back to 2 staff members and really disappointed they stopped drawing on Saturdays.”
“Never had a faster experience! Walked in a little after 11:30am. Anticipated at least an hour wait. Nope! The guy called my son back within minutes. And we walked out about 10 minutes after we walked in! The guy had gauges in, I didn’t catch his name. Quick, friendly, efficient. Thanks!!”
“This is the first time coming to this location. The lady at the front desk, I’m pretty sure her name is Angela is friendly and professional. I always have a hard time when I get my blood drawn, but Mark the phlebotomist got it the first time and was gentle. In the near future I will be coming to this LabCorp.”

“We went for blood test for our 3 years daughter we were so scared she would cry and be in pain but the nurse her name is Amanda was an angel sent to us she was so sweet she took care of our daughter and she was laughing the whole time while taking her blood test will come again for sure here for any lab tests thank you Amanda for everything ????”

“I was a recent walk-in for a lab order and I went close to their opening time. The place was very clean and constantly calling people from the lobby, which made me feel comfortable with not having to wait for too long. There were 5-7 people before me and waited around 20-30 minutes.
Esmeralda called me back and took my blood samples. I’m scared of needles, but she was quick and gentle so I barely felt anything. She was really nice and put me at ease.”
