“Yesterday, while highly upset over an error, I hastily wrote a very negative review, which was driven by anger in the heat of the moment. Subsequent to calming down, I realized overall and in all fairness, I had been with Farmers for many years and Diana has always provided top notch service. Several years ago, I broke down in the middle of nowhere and it took 12 hours to get a tow truck. Needless to say, I was livid. Diana took steps to ensure complete satisfaction as a result of my experience, which she didn't have to do. She took alot of time, allowing me to vent,(more than once through the years) again, which she didn't have to do. Diana and Zach truly are very educated and highly knowlegable about insurance. I do believe they do everything possible to ensure the best coverage for each individual client. Candidly, if Diana and Zach could duplicate their staff to provide the same quality customer service and accuracy that they possess, they'd be golden. I greatly appreciate Diana!”
