Whether you are in need of jewelry repair, selling a family heirloom, or buying a gift for that special someone, a visit to this Sun City West boutique is well worth it. The jewelry selection is small, but especially nice. The owner is attentive to her customers and turn-around time as it pertains to appraisals and repairs is short. My experience as a customer was excellent.

I just stopped at Gold & Gems and had a nice, informative talk with the owner Rosealee Mora. What a nice, honest and kind person. I am a complete novice when it comes to valuation of gold and gems. She gave me a very good, brief explanation of how the market works.If you have items you want to sell or buy, she will give you a fair price. I mentioned a nearby jeweler (V Jewlers on Bell), who wanted $200 to appraise an item for me. She laughed and told me how a lot of her customers went there first, and then came to her.

The owner (Rosalie) has been very helpful. Last month she did my wedding ring appraisal (for insurance purposes) quickly and in front of me. She mailed me the official document which arrived in a few days. Best price in town! Today we had both our white gold wedding bands rhodium plated and again, she gave us a great deal. Without a doubt, I'd return.
