Brian Frick has the reputation of doing my tax return past the deadline -April 15th every year regardless of making an appointment to drop the documents. He still neglected to do my tax preparation on timely date before April 15th. I felt he disrespected me as a person who paid for his service. I shared my concerns to him about tardiness that did not seem to bother him at all but created stress for me to handle filing the tax return past the deadline. Why should I pay him for his hefty fee for doing the tax return late every year in last 4 years. I stop coming to him for his tax preparation after 2024. Do not let him do the business with the customers if he served us with tardiness but charged me high. TIme to find another CPA because he did not help me save extra money from paying the state and federal taxes.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I handed him my taxes and for 6 weeks I called numerous times sent emails and got nothing no response. he hadn't even looked at my taxes when I went to pick them up less than a week before they were due. He also does not carry tax preparer liability insurance and does not proactively advise clients of this.

My new tax preparer discovered a mistake on my tax return and after two letters to Mr. Frick, he has not bothered to respond or pay the refile fee and the IRS tax penalty.

Did my taxes orderly fashion. Was the first time I used them. Taxes Were very simple. My original tax preparer for 35 years quit doing taxes so I found them as I live in Sun City West I was satisfied.

Brian Frick prepared our taxes this year and it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Brian and his whole office staff are fast ,professional and the office itself is private, well appointed and comfortable. His prices were also very reasonable. We will be back!
