This pharmacy does not even deserve a 1 star. They are would they want to argue with you . The pharmacist sits there she wears sweats . My prescription did not need pre authorization I called my insurance company and my doctors office i went to go pick up and they wanted to argue with me and told me to go back and called my insurance company and sure enough again they said i did not need pre authorization it went back 3 different times. No apology just an arguments. These people have no customer service. Just let you know if you have any issues they are not willing to help you.

I got confused about sale items. Clerk went above and beyond helping me find what I need to get the best deal. This CVS is by far our favorite for customer service! Other pharmacy close to home but we drive by to go here

The Pharmacy employees are RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Always have been. No need for that. Is CVS a bad employer or do they just hire people who are rude to begin with? The "lady" at the drive through window turned around to help me in the store "window" and was nasty at the outset. Shame on CVS

The store was very busy so staff was preoccupied with taking care of a lot of customers. I zipped, found my product, used self check out ( no line there).All good.

These people dispensing prescriptions are the slowest in the valley. When I arrived today, there was a line that went the entire length of the store. It’s ridiculous that my 95 year old father has to wait in this line.

I asked the pharmacist to assist me in the purchase of an eye care product, she refused to help me, and instead, summoned a sales clerk to attend to me. She knew nothing about the products and was reluctant to help me similar to the pharmacist, who was not busy based on the store being nearly empty of customers. Typical CVS, no service and no product knowledge. I will not be back to this store.

I’m sick with COVID and have to get a test so I can be excused from work. I scheduled a testing for 9am, get there on time, and they ask me to come back in 45 minutes because they didn’t have the stuff ready. I come all the way back for them to insist that I’m not covered under my insurance, I am I called to make sure, and then they call me and ask if I want to come back saying my insurance was going through. I get there and they lady says “you’re not going to believe this, it’s not going through” and still insisted that I wasn’t covered. After going back and forth for a little she says she’s so sorry she thinks there’s a system issue. They were very kind here but they do not have their stuff together. Maybe they need better management but it’s a little crazy that a place that handles DRUGS can be this mixed up.

Very very bad customer service and racist attitude the cashier @ 19602 N R H Johnson Blvd, Sun City West, AZ 85375 I was there at 11:30 am Sunday 11/19/2023 she was very rude and has very bad attitude toward me I was very nice was trying to return item I bought with electric receipt and said it won’t work with so mean she could just been nice but her racism couldn’t help it. I believe her names Nadrinna or so. If cVS really care about there customers they should check I put exact date and time. Even when I told her I will contact corporate she said she doesn’t care looks like CVS let there employees do or act the way they like without consequences the way they act with customers. Everyone should stop shopping from them till they do serious act with this kind attitude

After years of slow customer service, waiting in line for ridiculous amounts of time, to be lied to about my prescriptions being ready. I advise to change your pharmacy...I will be changing for not being treated as an equal, lazy representatives, ill take all the money my insurance pays out yearly to another entity who values thier customers..thank you God bless
