Love their pick up service and the choices of the different departments . Since I have trouble getting around such a large store this service still gives me the opportunity to have the variety I like and need.

This Fry's has the rudest employees in the deli of any Fry's I've ever been to. Their chicken guy argues with you and tells you to go get the chicken off the islands. Personally I love Fry's chicken and look forward to going in and waiting until a fresh batch comes out of the fryer. That won't happen at this Fry's. The chicken guy won't give you the fresh stuff; he will tell you the chicken on the island is just as fresh - it's not. I'm tired of getting cold, greasy chicken. I'm looking for a different store. Anyone know where you get hot fresh supermarket chicken?

Judy is an absolute Angel. She was so helpful and patient. You really don't meet a lot of those kind people anymore, I really appreciate her and all her help.

One thing I always look for in a grocery store is this it clean? the store was very clean. The other thing is the staff, the staff were very friendly and helpful and they were all wearing masks. I would recommend getting the VIP card that gives you a discount when you scan some of your items. They were working on making sure everything looked well stocked and orderly. The vegetables seem to be plentiful and for a typical family grocery store that seemed like they had a fair selection of organic items. They also had grass-fed beef and bacon that was uncured. They also have some individually prepped items which are good for a senior that may want to not have to prepare everything. They even have some Frozen organic items which were particularly of interest to me. They had the typical selection of soda pop but with the added twist of having individual sodas available that were made with cane sugar that I enjoy. I've been when it's been crowded and not crowded and the line through the checkout area has always been fast. It's a complete grocery store with about everything that you could want.

I LOVE this store and have had nothing but EXTREMELY positive employee/customer service interactions until last night. Hey Fry's, it's OBVIOUS that Mari doesn't like her job, so maybe put her in a position where she doesn't have to help us idiots at self-checkout, because she is downright mean. High kudos to the lady working the customer service desk today (012822) around 2 pm, who made good on a $20 screw-up of Mari's. (Your name-tag was skewed, otherwise I'd love to praise you by name.) This rating would have been a '5' if not for Mari last night. Normally when we are in there, we have nothing but good things to say about you; checkers are fantastic, stockers are helpful, and clean-up staff made me feel better with humor when I broke a jar of garlic at self-checkout. Keep it up guys... it makes a difference.

I bought a cabbage here. As soon as I started cutting into it, there were worms. Never shopping at Fry's ever again. Basha's, Albertson's and Sprouts are my go-to now when I don't have the time to commute to H-Mart.

The WORST customer service of all time After waiting 45 minutes on hold for the pharmacy I was transferred back to the main store and re-transferred to the pharmacy to be on hold again. I called the manager of the store. After 10 minutes on hold for her (Mary Brown), I explained the situation. There was no apology for the long wait and lack of customer service and no offer to help. Instead I was told that they were busy. I thought this was a good store but the management is rude and does not care about the customers. There are two other great grocery stores within a block that care about their customers. Fry's clearly does not.

I enjoy visiting this Fry's. Huge and spacious. Always clean. This is a super sized location! They offer a little bit extra of everything. If I can't find something I like to go here. In the evenings it is super quiet and you almost have the entire store to yourself. Employees still wear masks at this location. If you are high risk or like to play it extra safe this is a great location.

I think if a business is going to change their hours they should put up a sign stating that not just tell you after you bother to show up!!!

I see all of these Fry's commercials about how they have "fresher than fresh" produce. That is certainly not my experience at their store on RH Johnson. More often than not, and we shop every week, we end up throwing at least part if not all away. How about you? The only thing I've experienced that's fresh in Fry's are the employees stocking the shelves and blocking the aisles. One lady almost ran me down with her cart of boxes. Another was blocking the area we wanted to get to and when I asked him to move he said I'll be done in a minute so go get something else and when you get back I'll be done. We had a grocery store in the east called Wegman's who actually trained their people to put the customer first. Imagine that!!! Fresher than fresh my foot!

I have always been happy with the pharmacy at this Fry's. However I am extremely concerned that the pharmacy is discouraging individuals from getting their third Covid Booster. My mother, who has rhematoid arthritis (autoimmune), my husband who is a cancer survivor & recently got a new diagnosis of Leukemia, I have psoriatic arthritis, diabetes and CVID immune compromised) were sent away. Although I get my insulin from Fry's we were told we "needed a note from our doctors). We contacted our doctors who specified our condition and gave a diagnosis code. My husband's doctor specifically stated that he needed the vaccine. In the meantime, all of our doctors said that of all their patients who have got the vaccine, none of them have been turned away and none needed a note. We were told to go to another pharmacy. My husband brought his note and was still turned away even though the doctor had said he needed it! We all went to Walgreens and received our needed third booster without difficulty.

I like Frys. It has a great variety of groceries. What I don't like is the deli department. MORONS. No customer service. I was at the deli for the fourth time and was treated like was their kid. They asked me what I wanted and then I told them how thick I wanted it. I told them and for some reason the lady started banging on the counter with her pen and asked WHAT THICKNESS DO YOU WANT! The lady next to me got treated rudely as well. It doesn't matter who serves me. They all cop an attitude. I told one of the checkers. I'm fed up. It time to call the manager.

Bought a 20lb bag of rice and didn't notice it was full of bugs. My entire pantry became infested in about three weeks later and I lost $100 worth of pasta, and other items that wern't sealed. They told me to come in a file a claim and as I did, they made a mockery of me as I came with proof in pictures and videos of how much food was destroyed. A girl who I thought was nice over the many years I shopped there, even mocked me by rolling her eyes due to the amount of pasta we had, insinuating I was not telling the truth or I was a nut job. Fortunately I had pictures and I had purchased nearly all of the items there. Then two days later I get the call from Corporate, they are self insured and will not reimburse me for anything I lost. Wow, but go to their social media page and see where they gave 5 Million to blacks, because, well, their skin is black. But they will NOT take care of the customers...AT ALL. Do you still want to give Frys any money? If they have that much money, take care of customers, employees and they ones who have made you successful, not someone because of the color of their skin. What a waste of a company!

Now that the state and county have rescinded the mask wear mandate and the Rec Centers of Sun City West have now dropped the masking requirement, how about taking down the "masks required" sign at the main entrance? Please let your customers, as responsible adults, make that decision for ourselves. If people feel safer wearing them, they can certainly do so. But a lot of your customers have been fully vaccinated, don't believe masks are effective anyway, cases are way down, and survivability is up around the 98-99% mark. Please make it optional.
