This store has BAD business practices. Do not do business here! At the pump I bought a car wash and when I went to us the code the car wash was not open. The attendants in the store were nice enough but refused to refund my purchase. I was told the car wash does not open for an hour and had to come back then. When I explained I was traveling thru and could not come back they said they were sorry but there was nothing they could do about it. Unbelievable!!

This is the second Chevron I have gone to trying to take advantage of their $1 off for new app sign-ups. Again, the clerk had no idea how to work it. The pump screen was not working, so I had to move pumps. The card was preauthorized for $200.00. When I asked the clerk how much they pre-approve, he said they can't. I told him they do, and they did. He asked if I wanted to speak to his manager, but I declined. It wouldn't have made a difference. The pre-auth was not a big deal for me, but poor for those simply trying to put a few dollars of gas in. Forget it! Chevron used to be the full-service station I grew up with and appreciated. Now it seems they are just overpriced, dirty, quick stops.

Terrible service went to cash in 2 lotto tickets $100 each after the cashier scanned my tickets she went to the register then looked at my ticket's and said I should of told her how much they were and she might not have the money...then proceeded to shake her head at me and tell me out of common courtesy I should of told her...then tells me ....now I have no change to give anybody if they pay with 100 bill then she continues to shake her head at me and hands me my cash with a rude smirk put up a sign if you cant cash lotto it's not my fault she could of asked how much they were beforehand if it was such a big deal I used to come here on a regular but will never be back after how rude she was just disgusting
