They never answer their phones I have been trying to call the branch for 2 days in a row and the automated system says they are “too busy” and hangs up on you ??????

This is the worst branch you can go every one looks at your private banking and they talk about you and give you a problem when you want to take out your money don't go here!!!!!!!!!

I have had the opportunity to work with Julie White, Private Client Banker at your branch. She has been a huge help for my parents. So is a super star and I cannot say enough of what a wonderful person and employee she is! I wish more people were like her - the world would be a better place.

When I needed help with issues including investments, credit card reissue due to unauthorized charge, tax document and additional checks, I felt that all my concerns were handled in a completely respectful and timely manner. A big thank you to Robert Sullivan and Juan Chavez at Chase in Sun City West for all their special skills in resolving my issues. I am confident that I can always count on Chase to provide assistance whatever my financial needs may be.

Incompetent from top to bottom. The branch manager doesn't listen, the account assistants do not know their own products and they have no organizational skills for making the lines for the bank tellers, first come first served does not exist at this branch. I have been a chase customer for 15 years and this is the worst branch I have experienced.

Just wanted to compliment Francisco who handled a wire transfer for me today quickly and efficiently. When I have had identical transactions at other Chase branches nearby, tellers at those other branches force me to "take a seat and wait for a banker" after I have spent time standing in the teller line. Francisco handled everything in just a few minutes and I was on my way--THANKS!

Friendly folks but have given us misinformation on two visits in a row now, costing us time on the phone, extra trips to the bank and overall frustration… all in relation to business accounts. First time was so frustrating and aggravating that we literally gave up using their Merchant Services and signed up with Square instead. Finding a new branch to go to.
