“Grand Express Wash is great! The attendants are friendly and helpful. There’s always plenty of clean towels to use in the vacuum area and vacuum is free with your wash. They use a license reader instead of a window sticker which is nice because I still gave remnants of the sticker from the previous place I used. Impressed with how clean my vehicle gets with a wash here. Recommend the monthly membership. Easy and affordable.”

As far as express service car washes go, Cobblestone is by far the best in the biz. Aside from the car wash itself, the rest of the car wash is well stocked with clean towels, all the vacuums work, and the facility is clean.”
“Great customer service!! I took my husband’s F-350 here to be a nice wife. Being an actual truck, there were some tools and what not in the bed. After being told that everything had to be out of the bed, I pulled over into one of the vacuum stalls to move it all. A VERY nice male employee came out and helped me move everything out and then even came back and helped me put everything back. Such amazing customer service. I’ll bring my vehicles here over and over again.”

“The car wash was clean and I was greeted promptly. The site manager took the time to explain the different membership packages but definitely should update the name tags. Nino helped when I couldn’t get the vacuum hose out of the holder because of the increase suction of the hose. I saw the local police department uses this wash also its nice to see our community all coming together at one wash.”

“Love getting my car washed at Costco. Car comes out very clean, rolling through the wash is very slow pace, not fast like others. The price is great for 7.99, and you also get ceramic spray included.

“I give 5 stars because they deserve it!! I've been to this location only for several years and have ALWAYS been treated very well, the shop is always clean and tidy for a shop. Prices are very reasonable and they always give the ladies a flower. Aw! Also all their oil change packages come with the free car wash, It is self-serve but they also supply the supplies awesome. My equinox always runs great leaving there, they check everything and even when it's not time for my oil change I can drive up there and they'll service my tires and top off anything that I might be low on. Great place great service and great people!! Thank you guys and I noticed you're growing in Peoria but please don't let that hurt the customer service you're giving.Happy customer!!”

“Was at this car wash today and I spent 25$ to get tokens! Vacuum didn’t work then the next one didn’t work very well. I asked for my money back. The owner came over and checked the vacuums and serviced them on the spot! He educated his employee to do the same if the situation ever came up and he was not around! I liked the fact he didn’t first blame me for breaking it or vacuuming something up! He was really great a very nice. Guy and you could tell his staff likes working for him! You don’t see that very often. Anymore in small businesses ! I don’t care where I am in the valley I will make the trip to elephant car wash cause I know what I am going to get GREAT FRIENDLY FAIR SERVICE”

“This morning I drove up to the car wash and realized I did not have my wallet with me. I asked Kaulen, If I could get A courtesy car wash or used my debit card in my phone. But he told me that machine would not allow that.
So he directed my attention to the free car. Wash code and allow me to get a wash. He was very helpful.
And although I have used this car wash since it opened even though it has changed hands many times it is always my go to car wash and I used to have a subscription but my job is in the other direction so I use a different car wash on grand Avenue. I went there today and it was close because it's broken so I can't here to that closest car wash and he was able to help and I really do appreciate it.”
