Poor service not trustworthy. Short a cash payment out. Seems they have stolen the Mutual of Omaha Bank building and are doing inter banking and fake statements. Using multiple computers to do transactions. I called FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Sign on building in picture is a wrapped covering up Mutual of Omaha Bank.

Awesome bank and the staff is incredible. I was coming out of a bad situation with my previous bank and I am so thankful that I found this team. They truly care about the success of my business and the ease of my banking and for that I am genuinely grateful.

Never have I ever received such poor service at any business whatsoever. They have no idea how to run a bank. I've had countless issues with them in the past (money missing from my account, randomly at -$1.3k overnight and being stranded trying to get gas, no explanation ever but the funds are returned after I come in). Numerous times. Today was the tipping point.I come into this location to withdraw money to make some payments this weekend. Apple Maps says they're open until 1PM. I show up at 12:08PM. I walk in the front door and am confused by all the lights being off. The woman behind the counter begins yelling at me, demanding I leave. I am stood in the doorway, confused, simply asking their hours and politely telling her they're incorrect online. I work in customer service as well, so I was just letting her know so that she could possibly fix that. She kept treating me horribly, demanding I leave the property at this instance. I am a 20 year old female standing in the doorway asking a simple question. The least possible intimidating situation you could imagine. I didn't deserve this treatment in the slightest. Plus, when a financial institution is closed, maybe lock the door? How was I supposed to know when the hours were incorrect online? Never in a million years would I speak to a customer in the tone she did. It was so unbelievably rude. Maybe if you don't like people so much, don't work in a job where you have to help people! How do you hire people like this?Honestly I am done with this location. Not only do they not know how to properly process Canadian checks and keep your funds in your account, they also verbally abuse young customers for their own mistakes. How disappointing. Honestly if you are thinking about banking with BMO Harris and going to this location, DON'T. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Appalling.

bmoharris has uncaring online presence. could not get into any1 of 3 accts I have there. would not accept my password. (If they were changing because of more than 90 days. .where was notification?) they would MAIL me, not e me, temp pw. had to wait 35 !.. no respect for customer. I have other things to do too. just a frequently rude bank. I'll never open another acct or mortgage there. The COVID 19 excuse for poor service is outdated. there's been plenty of time to hire or train more people and plenty of people LOOKING. how did they get so bad. my relationship w them is for more than 8 years.grrrrr

Close at 12 instead of 1
