I frequent several PNC locations in the west valley and this particular location is by far the best. They are always faster than the other locations at handling the “walk up” transactions with the tellers, and their personal bankers and managers are always with a customer. They just seem to value people’s time and understand that they have other things they need to get to as well. Joseph at this location always helps me with deposits and he’s super fast and very professional and friendly.

BBVA was the best before these correctors showed up. I will be finding another bank ASAP. My recommendation is stay far away!PNC you get one star because the staff was okay. You could tell they didn't like the PNC takeover.

PNC bought out and merged BBVA into their system. Total chaos. As a business we have been turned upside down. No access to a transaction list to download into our QuickBooks. Numerous hours, literally, spent on the phone on hold only to be disconnected. Local people don't know how to do the transition and cannot help us and they are overwhelmed and I cannot get an appointment for my branch manager because the only time she is available is during my work hours. Now the branch manager is great however the whole acquisition by PNC has been so chaotic that she cannot keep up with it. It's been two weeks and I still can't get my transactions downloaded because I cannot get through to a technical representative to show me how to get access. Some written information sent by another account representative said that PNC was to have sent me special access numbers for QuickBooks prior to the transition, however I received literally no written information for my business bank account. The worst bank transition I have ever seen in my 35 years of doing business. Additionally with this merger now there are charges from the bank that I never had to pay before. If this is a representation of how PNC operates for their customers than it won't be long before I bring my business elsewhere. Until I see different, I would not bank here. If it changes, I'd gladly upgrade my rating.

Total chaos after the BBVA switch. Waited 45 mins to deposit a check. I felt so bad for the elderly people in line waiting and no one there to offer assistance or even say where the lines started. No one knew what was going on. Their phone lines were down, ATM didn't work, and their drive thru lane was closed. This experience was the final straw to close our bank account and switch

BBVA stole my money and hasn't returned it. I made payment electronically. BBVA however debited my checking account twice: on June 24 and June 26. It admitted its mistake but refused to return my money electronically. It will mail a check instead. Today is July 14, and I still haven't received my money back. BBVA is running a racket. BBVA is a THIEF.

This bank is customer friendly and although the lines move slowly, it's a pleasant environment. I don't like going into any of my banks and having a teller ask me "Would you like to talk to a financial advisor!" Um, hell no! I go to the bank for banking and a financial planner for investment advice. For banking, yes, great place, but stop bothering me about investments! I don't have pictures as it's not the brightest of ideas to take pictures and/or video in a bank. I don't want to be accused of casing the place

Great customer service. I do not have an account with them. When my bank, BofA, failed to provide decent customer service, I went to Compass. They quickly assisted me. Thank you Compass.
