Emergency room Stay away from this place . Kidney stones. Did not see a Dr for three hours. No fluids , no anti nausea meds after throwing up for an hour. No pain management until after three hours. The most horrible hospital ever!

I have been using the Banner Health System since moving here 4 years ago. I have had recurring instances where I get a bill for my copay that I have already paid. When I call the individual checks my account and says disregard the notice to pay. I asked why this happens and was told the two systems don't talk well to each other. You would think a multi million dollar system would have better software interfaces. I wonder how many older folks just go ahead and pay?

giving a 2 because some of the staff was nice! My dad is on the 5th floor and personally walked in with him while being admitted. there was a bloody gauze pad on the floor, vomit on the side of his bed, TONS of dirt and other dibris under his bed, dirt and debris all over the floor and even more in the corners, a dirty charging cord left beside the side table probably from the last patient, and I won't even mention the condition of the bathroom! when brought to the staffs attention, they didn't seem concerned or surprised just said they'd have house keeping come back in! disgusting! I will try to upload the photos!

My mother was a patient for many days in the CCU 2 floor B tower. She received the best care by some of the most talented, caring, hard working nursing staff I have ever seen.

My mother came in for what turned out to be West Nile. She was on a ventilator within 5 days for the following 2 weeks. During that time, they did not rotate her at all. Once she was finally transferred to another hospital after 3 weeks, we learned that during the time in the ICU at Banner Del Webb, she grew a horrific stage 4 bed sore. So on top of barely surviving West Nile, we have had to have special wound nurses and doctors tend to her stage 4 bed sore which could have been completely prevented. This hospitals ICU should be ashamed of the lack of care and complete neglect for my mother. She has endured so much pain due to this and has caused numerous more problems.

Do NOT take your CHILDREN or come here if you are PREGNANT!!! I lost a child in the ER and all I needed was a cerclage. I was told I just "peed" on myself and it was my water that broke. The Dr then walked out and told ALL the staff "She only peed on herself" then one push later out came my 17.5 week old baby boy. I was SCREAMING at the top of my lungs for help... no one came in NO ONE. I laid there in silence. Finally a brand new nurse came in. He checked, he saw, he started crying.... There's so much more that went on. This place is absolutely terrible. It's the only ER within 30 minutes of my house so like an idiot, we continue to come here whenever there's an absolute emergency and of course we're not prepared to go across town so we just come in. My son has been here twice in the last 24 hours with two completely different experiences each time that should tell you something. My son went from testing positive for RSV, and within 12 hours now has full flared bronchitis and is projectile vomiting everywhere. again there's "nothing they can do" They will not prescribe anything to us to help at home until he's seen at his Dr office. Yes, I know the ER is not a Dr office but there hasn't even been enough time for me to have an appointment with his PCP. Two years ago I went in for severe back pain and I just wasn't feeling well. They swabbed me and I was in fact, Covid positive they sent me back out to the waiting room to sit, not in a special area, just out there with everybody else. They've left me with a needle in my arm in the middle of the hallway, unattended while they went to grab something and had nurses looking at me crazy and asking if I did that to myself. It's very lose and ran differently every night. If you love, your people, do not take them here. There are a lot of strokes here with the area that it's in and I've never seen one end well. This place should be shut down. Do not take your children or loved ones here. Go somewhere else or wait to see their Dr.

You need to be prepared to leave your dignity behind as soon as you are admitted for observation. The staff is very condescending to Seniors so be aware you will have to negotiate with many personalities who show no respect for your age and the reason you are under their care! Don't bother overusing please and thank you as it surely falls on deaf ears. My advice is the staff treat you with the same respect they would demand for their Parent or Grandparent. Hopefully you can regain your dignity when you are released it might take a while.

been here for 2 days now and to be perfectly honest, this is probably the worst hospital staff ever had in my life and I've stayed in the hospital a few times I'm not an old man I'm in my mid 50s and I've had some issues in my life some serious issues that put me in the hospital blood transfusions and things like that this however, has been the worst Spay I've been in the hospital I've ever been in my life. This is Del Webb hospital in Sun City Arizona and if you can avoid it avoid it is absolutely the worst Customer Service I've ever encountered in my life and I was in the Customer Service business for 25 years as a firefighter paramedic so I know what that service in the Health Care business looks like and this is not it

This review is about trying to purchase a health insurance plan from Banner Aetna directly. This was my experience calling the phone numbers listed on your official web page for purchasing a policy (and no, I did not call a broker or the Marketplace) - I called Banner Aetna direct: Call #1 - get connected and man says he works for Banner Aetna, but he only sells a marketplace policy purchase (it is not) so he has to transfer me. On hold 6 minutes, no one ever comes back Call#2 - get connected to same guy as before, he said sorry - he transfers me again, and a lady answers who only speaks Spanish (I do not, so I tell her "no hablo Espanol" and she says OK - she transfers me to Triple A car insurance. (I couldn't make this up). Call #3 - get connected but person who answers the phone accidently hangs up while giving me greeting. Call#4 - get connected. That guy then transfers me to a Medicare only automated prompter (I don't have Medicare - I am trying to buy a private policy) and even though it is wrong number, I am hoping they might know who sells your insurance, but alas, the teleprompter would not accept my response and terminated the call. WTH? How do you have any customers?
