They are a rip-off. Taking advantage of seniors. I saw them tell a lady that their oil is better than Walmart. Charging her $110. They took 10 mins. to look at my car and charged me $154. Telling me that the repair will be between 2500 to 5000. The car dealer charged me 850 for the repair. Watch out!

Been almost 2yrs since I bought my 2004 Honda Civic, this thing has survived off roading in Arizona, through a cross country road trip to Minnesota and has survived the negatives. The only thing I changed from getting this off the lot until now is an axle when I first got it, all weather tires and the battery since we moved.

The head honcho of the place ( Manager cocky ) Denied my inquiry when I came with my own parts with warranty for him to install. He charged me 300$ more than Brakes Plus to use his own parts and labor. The manager( NOT ALLEN THE OWNER) Very agitated and Angry after not being able to persuade me to return my parts he finally agrees to just install the brakes but everything is fine I paid 300$ for them to just install brakes took them 2 hours to get it done then 4 months later the rotor completely falls off the truck and my wheel comes apart with rotor on it

I recently bought a truck from Allen's and I must say the experience was remarkable. They really are very honest and Allen himself made sure the deal with perfect. Sal the front office manager along with the entire mechanic crew are very knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend Allen's for all you care care needs and of course car purchases. I only wish I could give them 6 stars. Great Job. Thanks Ryan

I've lived in Sun City West for 6 years and I 'discovered' Allens garage quite by accident. My girlfriend had a 2014 Camry and it needed an some minor work done. I took it to Allen's and it was done in short order and the price was very reasonable. Since then, we've had numerous inspections and maintenance tasks completed successfully and it's absolutely refreshing to run into a garage and crew that consists of honest, hard working mechanics!!!! I highly recommend them even though by doing so will now probably take me forever to get some work done. It used to be a lot easier before the whole west valley and SNOWBIRDS found out about Allen's!!!

Avoid this business. We took our Toyota due to the engine leaking oil. They charged us almost $600 that included a charge where they stated they needed to clean the tow truck of leaked oil (oil leaked only when the car ran; therefore oil would not have leaked in the tow truck). Once we got home, realized the car continued to leak oil. We ended up taking the car back, where they told us we needed to leave the car. The man got into an argument. We ended up taking the car to a different mechanic where they took the part out and notified us that not only the Allen's break the new part, but they ended up welding it, which caused the leak. They either have no idea what they're doing or they're cheaters. Either way, avoid at all costs.

I think Allen's is a great Auto Repair. My husband and I both take our vehicles here, they do good work and they're honest. Gunner is extremely helpful and friendly. He even came to my elderly Mother's house to try and start her car. She decided to sell it, Allen gave her a fair price and it was quick and easy. I highly recommend Allen's Auto Service.

This place had my car for over 15 weeks. They destroyed my wireless control panel and my ignition switch. I finally had it towed to the dealership and it is not worth fixing as the cost to fix it is more than the car is worth. I asked many times for a written estimate of charges and work to be done but because I was sick with cancer related illnesses he totally took advantage of me, wouldn't put anything in writing and now I don't have a vehicle. Beware of this place you have been warned!

Brought my truck to Allen's after the vehicle was accidentally scratched at the car wash. Gunner at Allen's was very attentive to our needs, communicated perfectly and made sure that the truck was fixed just right. Highly recommend them. Thanks Allen's and thanks Gunner
