Guide Jesse is one awesome guy. With “unforeseen circumstances” that was presented by the owner Anthony. Anthony is very unprofessional, demanded a cash payment and will not provide receipt, sounds like a tax fraud. Anthony assisted one evening hunt and that was the last time I saw him. Very poor service provided from Anthony. Provides false information, is not available to answer questions when needed. I do not recommend Anthony for your service.

RPO are professional guides that will not let you down! They guided my granddaughter on a coues whitetail rifle hunt with success. Also, my grandson harvested a bull elk, coues whitetail, mule deer and a bear last season. Definanly be back for a lion hunt this season!

Check this hunt off my bucket list! 3 day hunt and got a Bear of a lifetime. He is a big one. My guides knew their job. Clay, Westin and Cody had great dogs and took my hunt so seriously. It would have been great if I didn’t get a shot on one. But I was fortunate Anthony had a great group waiting for me on the mountain. Thanks fellas, I appreciate it and can’t wait to take my son.

Jessie with Raging Point Outfitters is a master, he knew the magic spots, he is professional, he has all the right gear. He even loaned me a back up set of binos since mine weren’t adequate for the distances we were glassing. I took down a 6x6 at 704 yards, without Jessie being a master on the glass I would of never had a chance. The guy packed out over 250lbs of meat on one trip, no joke. On top of it all he is good dude. I will tell anyone and everyone to give these guys a call if you want a guaranteed kill.

Raging Point Outfitters, Payson AZ - After the hunt review. We arrived in Payson, AZ after a nine hour drive on Wednesday excited about our hunt the following day. This was our first guided predator hunt but not something we were new to after hunting predators for over 20 years. We called our guide (Anthony) the day before to let him know we had made it and confirmed the meeting place and time. When we arrived at the meeting spot, we loaded our guns and gear and set out for an hour drive north through the high country that was covered in snow. After getting to our destination, we unloaded the UTV and took off for what was to be an exciting day. After a short UTV ride we pulled up to a spot, got setup and he began calling dogs. We went to several spots and did not see anything other than one from a distance as we drove. On our way back down the mountain, we realized the outfitters rotors were warped on his truck only allowing him to apply braking in short bursts otherwise the truck would shake uncontrollably. This was scary with Payson having long 6% grades on both sides of town.Day two, we were to meet at the same spot at 6:00am but received a text stating that he had to change our time to 6:30. After waiting in the parking lot for the extra 45 minutes versus 30 he finally arrived. We took what was close to an hour drive but this time we went south. This area was more cactus and flat ground but looked promising. Here is where my partner and I started questioning the outfitters tactics when it comes to safety. We are all taught in hunter safety classes the most basic safety points when dealing with firearms, but it seemed this guy either had not been or was just ignoring them. The first spot we setup at literally had houses in our line of fire. They were a long way out but just the same it did not feel comfortable. After that, we continued to move around and setup in areas that felt more like parking places than they did hunting areas. We literally parked the UTV next to a truck with and empty trailer where somebody else had taken off in their UTV. After him asking us to setup our chairs and gun rests right by bush near this truck it almost became comical. We whispered to each other that this was like hunting in a Walmart parking lot. The safety aspect was continually disregarded as the day went by with the guide setting us up to shoot across a road towards a rocky hillside for bobcats. A motorcycle and a car both went by as we looked at the hill.We ended our trip early after this event the morning of day three. Anthony drove us over a mountain in his UTV taking almost an hour to get to what was one of his favorite spots. When we walked up, we could see that it was a fish and game wildlife watering hole. This was an area about 100 square feet where animals would come to drink water. He set us up inside while he started calling for predators in an area that should be a safe place to them. This was the straw that broke the camels back. We immediately told him we were done and would like to be taken back to our vehicle forfeiting the remainder of our hunt. We went back to the hotel that was paid for an additional day, packed up to drive home early.I will add this last piece just for a full picture. We had sent him half of the total prior to the hunt and were to pay the remainder at the end. We were thinking he may discount the second half with it being so obvious we were completely unhappy, but when we asked, he said we still owed the whole amount but did not have to tip him. This was one of the biggest disappointments we have ever experienced. Not only were we out the $2,100 guide fee, our hotel costs, but lost four days on what should have been a trip of a lifetime. It's definitely a memory that we'll talk about but mostly as a past bad experience.Hunt Dates February 11-13, 2021Hunt Type PredatorAnimals Seen ZeroAnimals Taken ZeroGuide Service PoorSafety HorribleSportsmanship PoorRecommend to others Not at all

Definitely recommend RPO for big game hunting and predator hunting in Arizona. I've successfully harvested a bull elk, coues whitetail buck in 2018. In 2020 I harvested a mule deer buck and a color phase black bear! Top notch guides and outfitters in Arizona!

I wish there were an option for greater than 5 Stars. If you're looking for a MASTER guide, look no further. Anthony is your guy.The amount of deep knowledge, expertise and experience Anthony has is truly unmatched. I had the pleasure of spending a few days hunting coyotes with Anthony and it was a blast. Everywhere we went we called in predators and all along the way he spent the time teaching me and helping me along. He answered every question I had related to hunting coyotes and more.It felt like hunting with a buddy or friend and I could really tell that Anthony has a true passion for what he does. He's the ultimate mentor and guide. My only regret is that I couldn't spend more time hunting and learning from him. I will be going back for several more hunts!

Unbelievable hunt with Anthony and Jessie from Raging Point. A wealth of experience from the two of them and excellent guides for any skill level. Knew all the great spots in Unit 22 and helped me glass up and stalk a mule deer that I was very happy with. Will be back for more and highly recommend them.
