We have used this rental company a few times for work rentals never had an issue until this week. Opened a rental for a job we have next week and they said we had to pay a deposit. I paid the deposit and asked for a receipt or rental reservation showing the amount of money that they charged since its required when we use our company cards. Was told they would send it by 12pm today but I never got it so I called again and this time they said I would get it by end of day. End of day comes so I call to see if I can get a receipt or reservation paperwork showing the amount of money they charged on our card and get nothing but rudeness. Guy says he never said we would get anything today and that he cannot give any paperwork before we actually pick up the equipment. I told him I understood that but that our finance department needed paperwork justifying the amount of money they had already processed and he refused to listen and yelled that he was cancelling our reservation and we could not rent there.I oversee all equipment rentals for the company I work with and never once have I had a place tell me they cannot give me any paperwork for the amount of money that I had to pay out. Every time I have had to pay for a rental in advance (which makes sense) they have always been able to give paperwork showing the amount that they had already charged.

This guy is a complete crook. His prices are criminal enough but after equipment was returned and 3 weeks passed he charged my card an additional 1200.00$ when questioned about the charge his response was, "take it up with your credit card."There are not a lot of choices in the area but I highly recommend you looking elsewhere.

For my experience expensive only place to rent besides Home Depot Home Depot has pretty much the same it's the small town in here so you don't have no choice one of the other they're okay I prefer to buy your own tools do the job and then sell your tools . That's my opinion

My husband and I rent bounce slides annually. We like to support our local businesses and always rent from Payson General Rentals. We won't be doing that again. We spent over $500 for 1 inflatable slide and 1 inflatable obstacle course. The website states these are both 24 hour rentals. The morning they arrived (an hour late) the owner's son told us they would be picking them up that evening. I asked if they were in fact a 24 hour rental and he confirmed they were, but with predicted rain they were picking them up early...huh? I was obviously confused and told them that prior years we've rented the inflatables, we had them 24 hours. They then told us that we could in fact keep them the 24 hours if we kept them inflated to stay dry. They acted as though letting us keep them the whole time we paid for was a favor....That evening they called back and said the owner was mad that they offered to leave them 24 hours so they were coming to get them right away unless we pay $50 extra if it rains on them. I had already paid for the 24 hours. I felt that they were trying to get more money out of us. I told them that I was not going to chance having to pay more if it rained and to come pick them up then. My children were upset and I was angry too. I repeatedly asked over the phone why they didn't disclose the extra charge if it rained. I also asked why the website states 24 hours and you are only letting us have it until 6pm. He said he was sorry and they needed to change their rules about renting. However, they were trying to do it right then and there without prior notice to me! That was the end of the conversation. About 20 minutes later they called back yet again to say that we could in fact go ahead and keep the inflatables the 24 hours we paid in the first place. Thank you?The experience was completely avoidable if they had just honored their initial agreement instead of trying to get more money out of us. Instead I found myself arguing over the phone and being mad on my boys birthday.I saved a screenshot of their website where it clearly states "24 hours rental", but I couldn't download it here.

I like the knowledgeable and caring staff. They will go the extra mile to make your experience memorable
