“My husband and I were driving back from Calexico during the flash flood warning on Friday, October 10th around 5pm when we got a low tire pressure signal on our truck. We pulled over at the nearest gas station and found a nail in the tire. We were immediately stressed — we had just dealt with a flat on our other car not long ago that wasn’t as simple as a nail, and we had to replace that tire.
To make things even tougher, I had just given birth to our son who’s been in the NICU for about a month. Between hospital visits, driving back and forth, and sleepless nights, something as small as a nail in our tire felt overwhelming.
I called Ed Whitehead’s Tire Pros right at 5pm to ask if they fix flats. The gentleman who answered said they did but to come right away since they close at 5:30. We made it there, and within 15 minutes, they had the tire repaired. When my husband went to pay, the man at the front desk handed him the keys and said it was free of charge.
We were honestly so touched — not because we couldn’t afford it, but because in that moment, their kindness and understanding meant so much. It felt like a small act of grace during a really stressful time.

“I have been coming to East Bay tire company for the past 4 years. If there were the possibility of giving more than a five-star I absolutely would. The cruise phenomenal management is top star us could you shall receive. I have four different vehicles that I brought to them from our 40 ft Diesel Pusher to our small Kia towing vehicle my 1 ton Ford and other vehicles and each and every time they've been taken care of whatever the issue is with the vehicles. Currently I'm putting some miles on my 1995 F350 after having front end rebuilt . Steers and drives like a new vehicle. If ever there were any concerns they would step right up and take care of the issue. Highly recommended this shop to others. The friends and neighbors I've sent have all come back and said thank you for sending me there.”

“The staff there were very friendly. I went for them to check the tires on my car and informed me that it needed air on all 4 tires and filled it up. Also, I asked if they could help me to pull up the window on the back door of my car. They told me that they do not do that kind of work, but he was kind enough to slide it up and stuck a cardboard piece for temp repair until I got to the right people for the job.”

“I first one to thank my tow truck driver (Christian?) I’m bad with names. He works for Jorge Towing. In Yuma. Twice he towed my car. The second time same price. Very reasonable by the way.. Next on to Rudy’s auto repair: Great customer service. My car needed a new shift cable. He knew I was from out of town and def not rich. Instead of trying to take advantage to up charge me for work that didn’t need to be done! This shop is 5 Stars. If I could go higher I would.

“I had a slow leak on one of my camper tires. I called discount tire at 3:30 asking if they could get it in for a repair that day and they said sure bring it in. I dropped the tire off and by 5:30. “I popped my tire in October when I hit a pothole, I called up my friend Enrique who I knew worked at Rent-A-Wheel to hook me up with a new set of tires since it was just about time to replace them anyway. While I was waiting for my boyfriend to come put on my spare, Enrique had already sent me a few different options for me to purchase with prices in full, bi- weekly, or weekly. Before I had even gotten home, Enrique ordered my tires and within 2 days they were installed. Super quick, easy, and at an VERY affordable price. Since I did a payment plan (with no interest or credit check), there is warranty that covers lifetime rotation and balance, free patch or replacement, and a whole lot more.The warranty also lasts a whole year after completing payments. In addition, after installment they included free alignment from Pep Boys. Highly recommend Rent-A-Wheel and Enrique to anyone in need of some new tires, or some nice wheels (they have a great selection that I was checking out while waiting in their lobby).”
