“Staff is always so friendly and ready to help. I had shopped at Staples for years but recently my trips to Staples have increased to about 2-3 times a week. We started a non profit to help my daughter, who was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Triple Negative Breast Cancer. The amazing staff makes sure to ask me about my daughter every single time I go there.”

“I had a package to send during the holidays - USPS lines were literally hours long. I went to FedEx and was helped in less than 5 minutes by Annie. Staff was efficient but not panicked. Have used this location multiple times for shipping and printing and find them reliable and easy to work with.. even during the holidays:)”

“The Postmaster had called me (I live on the East Coast). I submitted a 360 case for a package ? that went missing (which it miraculously appeared!). The lady was such a nice person to deal with.”
“Convenient location on 40th St. in Yuma. Sometimes it gets busy, usually around midday, and service slows down. But it's faster than waiting on like at the USPS.”

“My order arrived but I had mistakenly sent it to my old address without realizing it. Thankfully, the people who lived at that address were honest and told the delivery person I no longer live there. The UPS employees called me to notify me that I had a package at the office. They could have just sent it back but they went above and beyond to get my package to me. I am so thankful.”
