SUPERB......customer service...... will ALWAYS go to this store. the employees went out of there way to help me and provided me with the best phone and the best price for my needs.. P.S. i believe they are under new management because it used to be Horrible, but i Love it NOW

Customer Service is horrible. Went into location with my uncle to get information on filing a claim for a phone someone had stolen. The women was rude and said "not my problem, you need to call the insurance company". Did not appreciate the attitude in her voice and a bit hard to call when he have no phone. I did plan to help him but was very upset at the service. If she was this rude to him in front of me how bad to they treat there older customers. I finally filed a claim and had a new phone mailed but he could not get the phone to work. My uncle and step father went into the location to get some help but they tried to get him to pay for a new sim card and told him the phone Asurion sent was stolen. If you know about wireless insurance you will know that Asurion is the insurance company for ALL WIRELESS DEVICES. These people are rude, full of #$%* and not once help with either information or help setup the phone. They only made everything worse were rude and if they treated two people this way, makes me wonder how they treat there other customers. I will never go to them again. Also mailed a letter to corporate and called MetroPCS corporate company to file a claim. Lucky for them i have a contact at the corporate company. No disrespect to the company just this LOCATION!
