“I live alone and am pretty trusting of other people so it came as a shock to find someone had gotten into my account and had taken $500.00 from it with another equal amount pending. I went to the bank to dispute these claims and was brought into the office to speak with Michael. He calmed me down and immediately reversed the charges, issued me another card and explained how these things can happen. I was so relieved to know my money is safe in the hands of people who care . “I am sooooh happy tis particular Branch opened up because during COVID 19 this place was closed. This Branch is close to me and is convenient.After you do your banking, you can just walk and shop at the other store ls in this Mall, then have a Pizza ?, then after your pizza just go next door for coffee or a smoothie with boba....
