I was excited to see a hand wash facility in Sierra Vista. Especially since I own a larger truck. The work is mediocre. It is definitely not worth $60. I left and noticed that I still had bug squash marks on my windshield, mirrors, and front bumper. I will not be returning.
UPDATE: I called same day and complained. The gentleman I spoke with offered a free car wash whenever I can return. Once that is complete, I will update my rating of this establishment.
LAST UPDATE: I returned a few days later and they washed the outside of the vehicle again. No cost. They did a much better job this time around. However, I also overheard the front desk person directing the employee to do a better job because I had complained. My last thoughts are this: $60 is still too expensive for an external hand wash and an interior vacuum. Back home, I go to a place that does hand washed internal and external plus armor all in the inside for $50-55. I would actually rate this place at a 3.5.

Drove from Ohio to Airzona, the front of the car was covered in bugs and the car was dirty from the rain storm we drove thru, they were quick with the hand wash, and they did a good job

Driving from Colorado left my car really dirty and I needed it cleaned right away. Given the fact that my car is black and has sensitive paint, they had me at "hand wash" and with the price, I figured it would be a good deal. Although the car was cleaner than it was after the cleaning, It definitely wasn't a ideal job. Leftover smudges and water spots were very apparent once I left (My car was under the awning which cause me to not notice the scratches/swirls all over my car until I got to my hotel. Bear in mind that I took very good to wash my car on my own prior to coming here with the intention of avoiding swirl marks and scratches. This place ruined that. If you have a black car and care about your paint, look elsewhere. Trust me. If you have a car that is kind to swirls and scratches or is a beater and/or looking to pay $35 for inside out clean, and don't mind paint imperfections, then this is the place for you. Highly disappointed.

Great job at a great price. Just had my truck hand washed and waxed and couldn't be happier with the results. These guys are great.

Great place to get my car hand washed. They cleaned my 67 bug inside and out and it was super nice. People there were great as well. I wouldn't hesitate going back.

I was extremely hopeful when I found out about this place but unfortunately, the experience was less than acceptable. When the wash was finished and the manager (Ed, pictured) checked and okayed the job, I kindly showed them everything they missed and Ed couldn't care less. Water spots over the entire car, dirty wheels, dripping water from all panels etc. So I got to re-do my car in front of Ed while he watched me with his hands in his pockets. The people washing the cars aren't to blame, the manager Ed and his complete lack of care, are entirely to blame for this pathetic excuse of a $35 car wash which he was happy to charge me the full price of. Will not be returning as long as Ed is still managing this location.

The job was okay, but they cleaned out the middle console. Why I don't know. There was no need to touch personal effects. Stuff was missing. Managed to get some items returned but when asked about other stuff had no clue

If they know how to scrub cars, I'm a cosmonaut ?. What a BAD JOB, I paid 40 dollars and the cleaning was TERRIBLE, inside the doors they didn't even clean them, the carpets had hair on them and they told me I had to pay more to have the carpets cleaned properly. The outside was also poorly done, there were parts that were not even cleaned. It's a lack of respect, I'M NOT COMING HERE ANYMORE

I recommend this little gem. I was happy with my wash and interior wash. Took about an hour and the price is nice for what they did. Everyone was nice and overall nice to do business with. I’d take my truck there again.
