Last Wednesday night I didn't get my card fast enough and the machine took my card - I drove around and went inside. The bank teller "seemed helpful" when she said that the machine automatically destroys the card and automatically replaces the card. That's only partially true - I've waited exactly one week - when I see no emails from Wells Fargo about my replacement card - i find out that they dont automatically my card and the liar behind could have actually put the request in for me She was too busy to actually help or be honest. Thank so very little!

This bank is fraud and lacks Internet security, even through webpage site or their personal development of their apps,. Their security with online banking is not protected nor do they manage your accounts but give free money to hackers with out due diligence to verify if it's real or fake. I had 25000.00 dollars stolen from my bank account from a fraudulent internal wire transfer which they authorized without consent . The staff said that I was insured up to 250,000. And they blamed me for the fraud because this bank can not do their job even if they know it does not able to verify the theft . They said since it's online banking you are not insured and they will not refund my money. Beware of this bank because they do not insure your money or back up their policies to the consumer. I was even told from there bank manager that this has been an internal problem since December 2021 and they have not been to resolved the fraud internally inside the bank or through their online systems. Pull your money now before you lose your life savings. Make sure to report them on the same day of fraud to THE FBI . Their game is to make sure they are not responsible for anything. This bank needs to be investigated. Get out of this institution because they do not stand behind their words or policies. All I can say is CALL FBI. Their Online banking is not insured by this bank nor will they back your money if stolen from their lack of security. Even if you have any fraud on your accounts 10 dollars a 100. 00 they must be reported to an outside agency because they have no control over any transactions or to your hard earned money stored and stolen in this bank . Please keep reporting them to this site which will keep them under investigation. Please heed the words I am saying because you will be next . Here is how you report them to file on behalf of all consumers and clients for their fraudulent behavior at this institution. I say this because you will not receive the truth from them . That is why the FBI is needed to step in to subpoena all records and transactions from thIs banking institution . Don't listen to them that have your back it's a for-sod to fraud the public for them to claim no responsibility for their actions or lack of protection to the consumer. So they don't have to replace or claim to their insurance for their lack of protection of you as a consumer. Please HEED before you fall victim of this non compliance institution. The only thing you will receive from them it's not their problem so they will not pay back from their insurance because they have major problems with their security system infrastructure on their servers or employees not doing or watching what they are doing . They have no concern for anyone but themselves and their lack of their due diligence is for their way, for them for not being responsible for they fraud on your account. Their lack of security should be why they need to be and should be investigated internally. And again I urge all people that if you have have any fraud on any amount to report to this site or file In person ; or if needed to book an appointment to file a complaint and request all records from this institution in which they they will give 5 or 6 stories on how they do not back you or your money. Poor customer service from manager Ray. 30 years with the bank and the first time I really need them, they don't deliver. I called 2 days in advance as a courtesy because I knew this transaction was going to take time. They accepted the appointment. Manager boasts of 36 years with Wells and gives me the worst customer experience of my life. It was so bad I actually decided to take time to write this. I'm so upset because I am a champion for Wells and even was a previous Store Manager for them years ago. It comes down to listening Ray. Listen, don't be a Pit Bull dog threatening your customers, interrupting them and telling them it's your way or the highway. Have empathy for those you serve. He got into it with another customer while we were there. Maybe 10-15 customers at most the 3 hours we were there and you fight with 2 of them? Pulled the same "highway" situation with that customer too. Interrupting and not listening. Not good management. Your team should be looking up to you for proper leadership. Take some training on how to handle customer concerns. You definitely don't represent Wells Fargo well by having confrontational discussions with your customers. I remember like it was yesterday the WOW experience we all learned. Personally I am very proud of the mark I left at Wells having achieved 22 Circle of Stars and 2 Annual Award achievements being able to meet Rick Kovcivich and John Stumpf in person. I achieved that by developing excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE relationships with ALL of my clients.

I'll be brief. Having notarys on staff is good but the wait time involved to see one can be frustrating. Those times (or times spent in the teller line on busy days) combined with this branch's baffling decsion not to include a even customer restroom are just absurd. Let's also not forget change sorting is not offered in any capacity for clients. Perhaps I've been spoiled by other banks, but this is a simple service that guests would appreciate. This is a thing WF could easily afford to put in place but refuses to. I cannot speak for any one else but I doubt too many folks have the time to count out and hand-roll larger volumes of change for deposit. Further, staff on occasion has been less than happy to help. Once had issue between savings and checking accounts. When I was finally able to sit down with someone to ask a couple questions the representative was visibly frustrated to have to talk with me from the start, gave curt answers when answers were actually given and largely just kept trying to remind me to do this online. Read: 'don't bother me with this. I don't feel like helping.' I have not had any trouble with basic in-person bank services or online services yet. But this is a very large chain that could do better here but refuses to put in the effort. If there were better banking options in this town, I'd be there immediately.

This Wells Fargo has friendly staff members. Inside is clean and short lines. Never had to wait more than a minute. Downfall: Sierra vista seems to have different rules than other states. They claim to be Wells Fargo rules but only have issues here in this city which is why I'm closing down all my accounts and moving elsewhere for my banking service.

We had to cash a check there for a business resolution. The party that wrote the check was a customer, and was there with us. We cashed the check, but because we were not a member they charged us a $7.50 fee. This is why we do not use banks. Total rip off. Besides it being money from their institute they pile on fees. CROOKED BANKERS!!!! Use Credit Unions, sooooo much better financially. Especially after their huge scam.
