Disappointing that some of the selections are so few on certain things. And they carry things you use one week, then they disappear forever

We have been to this Walmart before and like it. All staff that we have come in contact with have been very nice.

i actually think the state of AZ must have a collective iq of 12…. and all 12 points come from the northern region. the people in their OGP department can’t do their jobs, the delivery drivers in this area can’t do their jobs, think, or simply answer a phone, and apparently the people here have no home training. do yourself a favor and shop at target — it may cost more but it’s obviously for good reason.

It reminded me why I prefer the pickup service. Why, oh why, does the cashier have to start preaching at me? I just wanted to checkout and leave but she could not help herself from sharing the Good Word.

I had a terrible experience shopping at Walmart today. Interacted with Cecilia, she had white/gray hair in a single braid and glasses, at around 9:50pm in the toy section. I had said “excuse me ma’am” about 5 times to get her attention to help me with something on the top shelf, and she was absolutely rude to me.
First off, she looked at me and put her arms out as if she was saying “what do you want?”, and I had only been polite to her.
Well, thankfully she did help me by taking the box down, but being watched over like a hawk and only taking out 4 items and saying “I don’t think you’ll need more than 4 of these” and putting the box back on the top shelf without allowing me to really shop in a manner I would’ve preferred. On top of that, she was rushing me because she wanted to clock out. Because of this, my experience was just ruined and did not get anything because of how rude and rushing she was towards me.
At check out though, Norma was super kind and honestly was better with her customer service. She even greeted us Happy New Year and shared some chuckles with us.
Overall, if I could, I’d give Cecilia 0-stars, negative even if possible. The post only has 2-stars because Norma had been exceptional and kind to me and the guests I was with.

Primo machine is always broken. Takes 20 minutes to fill up one 5 gallon bottle. Again I tell the associate today that the machine is loading very slow and she laughs and says “yeah it’s been like that the last 4 days” and walks off. I get if this was a new problem but we’re going on 2 years now where no one wants to fix this. I get it it’s Sierra Vista and this city sucks but why does the only Walmart in 2 hours of this place have to make it suck worse. It’s simple just get whoever it is that maintenances the machine to do the job he’s paid to do. My theory is that there’s some kind of conspiracy between Primo and this Walmart where they purposely put one machine and make it take hours to refill your bottle so the average customer gives up and pays the full $8 per bottle to swap it out.
