Very clean and easy to navigate. I was impressed with this store and will return. Plenty of parking, clean bathrooms, and just about anything you might need.

I left my phone and the called said they had it I have been there 7 times in the last two weeks I have been told twice they gave it to law enforcement who tells me they have no record of it Walmart management can't tell me the name of the officer and couldn't tell me who gave it to them either they had no incident report or case number to offer to help retrieve my phone I have bought a new phone but the unethical and just ridiculous manner in the way they handle business is clearly a joke they obviously do not take their job seriously I wouldn't recommend that store ever to anyone store#01240 sv super Walmart has thievery in their management that's why their store is in such a disaster.in conclusion I have made a report and have requested they handle the situation accordingly.

Very poor customer service. The service rep LiLi was very rude if she would have punched in the numbers on her keyboard any harder she problay would have broken it.

I called to ask a very simple question about their tire services. Operator answered the phone quickly and informed me they didn't have a tire center at this location (which I knew). I told her I understood that and just had a quick generic question as to the process if tires were bought online through Walmart and if there's any local shops that Walmart honors so that the tires ordered through them retains their warranty, since this location does not have a center. As pictured, I was "transferred," for the next hour just trying to have a simple question answered. When she informed me the "department," has been paged and is not answering, I asked for a supervisor or manager to just answer the simple question, which I still did not get. Pretty sure they just assumed I'd hang up.

Dunkin Donuts: My wife put it an order for over $100 of coffee & donuts the day prior, and the employee said the order would be ready for pickup at 7am the following day. I show up this morning at 7:08am and the employees looked confused when I handed the receipt from yesterday. They began to fill the order very slowly & were not complete until 7:40. The donuts were not filled until after the coffee was filled. The coffee was supposed to include flavored syrups but they already filled the jugs and could not do anything else. I then immediately had to leave & head straight to my daughter's school, as we were very late. I understand this is a new business but this does not provide a lot of confidence for any company or person trying to fill a large order for the office or school. I do not recommend placing advanced orders or expecting them to get it right.

was excited to go in and buy a cell phone and desktop that i knew i could afford and i waited my turn to get help only to be told the lady with keys would help me after she was done with the gentleman in front of me so i waited in line for my turn and once she was done she walked pass me to the lady behind me to help her and when i said excuse me i am next remember she said nothing and continued to help the lady i asked for her name and she said i am the lady with the keys so i left. rude ass people but i should have known not to expect better.

Have some of what you need. Often out of 5 gallon water bottles. Think they only get delivered 1 time a week. This is AZ. It is hot! People drink lots of water. Get your act together. Prices seem a bit higher than other Walmart. I guess this location doesn't roll back. The one redemptive thing is the staff. They are always happy to help and seem very content with their jobs.

Would not let me in to purchase a phone charger when they were still open for 10 minutes. Rude greeting lady who turned me away after already entering the building. Again there were 10 minutes left until they closed and I needed a phone charger, which are generally at the registers.

Unfortunately Walmart is not enforcing the rules that customers must wear masks. We visited this store on 3/31 and there were many customers not wearing masks. This is not fair to other customers nor to staff. We spoke with two employees who also are very concerned. The manager was very friendly, professional and caring. However he also was concerned that they were not permitted to enforce the mask rule due to corporate policy. This store is placing customers at great risk of contracting Covid. We will not frequent this Walmart as long as they continue to allow customers to not wear masks.

Really busy, shelf's are to the bare minimum in the food department. But the customer service on the floor was great, no rude associates and everyone asked if I needed any help.

They have just about everything you will ever need and I have never had any problems getting folks there to help me find something I was looking for.
