I will never step foot in this store ever again. I have yet to spend less than 45 minutes picking up a prescription, and they haven't been able to get it filled correctly the first time which means I have had to spend double that wait twice. It's not a one-off event. It's a constant occurrence.

Literally the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Waited in line for over an hour to get antibiotics for my son who has RSV because one pharmacist couldn't release augmentin. Then instead of helping me, as I was first l, even the other customer said help him first it's for his 5 month old, she does something completely unrelated causing me to wait even longer. THEN I get told by some random guy in the back that I'm not allowed to take the medicine even though it's sitting in front of me. The staff is beyond unhelpful and instead of doing their job they're in the back literally dancing to their next work station and having side conversations about the world cup, while lines are building up, phones are ringing, etc.

So I would like to say this first, the employees are very nice here but the wait time at the pharmacy is extremely long. You have to wait almost an hour in the drive-through and trying to get a hold of anybody by phone. It’s very difficult.

Want to thank the Sierra Vista Pharmacists for a great job during COVID. We recently got our 3rd booster and they were swamped with computer problems and drive-thru down. Most of us realized the difficulties they were facing and knew they got through the lines as quickly as possible and appreciated all they are going through since COVID started in getting medications as well as COVID and flu shots, etc. there’s been a glitch between the online website and store and certainly not their fault, still getting everyone taken care of. Thanks!

Do NOT use their online home delivery order. Covid 19 with fever ordered online with home delivery, after a whole day was told they don't do that? National site has no idea what stores do. Called store, they suggested I come down and pick it up, Duhhhh. Spent an hour on the phone to get straightened out, never did get what I needed but they did cancel the order. People very nice just system is broken or no knows how it works.

Once again, the pharmacy can't guarantee that insulin will be in for pick up. Chris, alway always the negative voice of doom couldn't say where the order was, he didn't have the invoice? Is it 1950? Can't you check orders on computers? Can't you pick up the phone and ask suppliers? I see the staff always busy, Sierra Vista is a small town, I understand but, PEOPLE! I'm not having PMS, I'm type 1 Diabetic, I say the getting insulin is very important. Walgreens, this happens every month, get your corporation running, spend some money and hire people to organize. The public needs their medicines

Worst pharmacy in town. Do NOT use this for your prescriptions. Always a long line inside, then after waiting fifteen minutes you get to the counter only to find out OOPS we're running behind and your prescription is not actually ready. So later, you receive a text claiming this time it's ready so you go back and get in an even longer line. After standing in the non moving line for fifteen minutes, the customer at the counter finally leaves. The pharmacist calls your name over the PA system, asking you to come to the pharmacy. You get out of the now even longer line to go up to the counter, but the pharmacist takes the next person in line before you get there so now you have lost your spot in line and are standing there as if you're an idiot. You might say 'But they have a drive thru!' No, they don't. They have two lanes, inexplicably dismantled one, and the remaining one is always closed. I walked out and moved my prescriptions to CVS. Forget this place.

Do not schedule any vaccines here. I went online and made an appointment. Then after arriving I had to wait in a 15 minute line just to check in. Checking in consisted 10 more minutes of answering the same questions I had already answered on the online thing. Then another line and another wait. Seriously, just do it at Fry's or somewhere else. This is the most ridiculous fiasco I've ever seen, to just get vaccinated. The picture I've included doesn't even come close to showing the amount of people waiting.

Unless you have unlimited free time, please don't bother trying to get a vaccine here. Despite having an appointment (and having already completed the necessary questionnaire/release paperwork online), I spent over an hour here waiting in a crowded pharmacy area along with many other individuals. I'm not sure if vaccines appointments are the bottom of the priority list, but this pharmacy was one of the biggest messes I've honestly ever seen. I'd rather drive to Tucson than deal with this again.

I have been a long time customer with Walgreens in multiple state's.The employees are fantastic! The problem is the Corporation themselves. I have experienced long lines waiting for prescriptions. I believe that the Corporation does not pay their Pharmacy Staff accordingly and perhaps their computers need to be updated?Because of long wait times and other internal issues! I will be removing my Pharmacy Account.I believe the only way for Walgreens to learn how to treat their employees is if us as customers no longer shop there!

I've always used Walgreens for my flu and covid shots and it's always a cluster ____. Today I'm getting it all done at CVS, I was scheduled for Walgreens earlier then the day came and I get a call the State board of some kind had closed the store so it appears I won't use Walgreens in Sierra Vista anytime soon.

Walgreens pharmacy in Sierra Vista is slower than molasses in January. It takes 2 to 4 days to get a refill due to the central refill center. Sometimes longer. Who ever came up with that idea should apply for an ID10T certification. I currently have a new prescription that has been in the process of being filled for the last 32 hours. No excuse for being that slow.

You will learn to hate the pharmacy at this store, slow long lines. Drive through takes about 10 minutes a car so even if there's only 3 in front of you, 30 min wait. Management just says sorry.

Do NOT use this Pharmacy. The Techs are outrageous, yells on phone, refuses to fill meds ordered by MD. San Antonio locations 100% better. Since when is a Tech a licensed MD and decides what meds to fill.

Absolutely THE worst service possible for a pharmacy. Two drive through lines but only one usable. Always long, always atleast 30min to hour wait. Don't bother going in because the line is just ad long. Don't bother calling the pharmacy either. They don't answer. Side note the app is garbage as well, if there is an issue it just says call the pharmacy. Again, they don't answer the phone. Waist of time. Don't waist yours.
