I recently had a crazy amount of issues with TMobile. I spent 12.5 years with them and due to so many issues including an employee stealing from me, my went to Verizon at the Sierra Vista Mall. I first met Celestyna. She was absolutely amazing. She told me everything upfront and didn’t sneak things in my package. Soon came Karla, another amazing employee. They were absolutely wonderful. My experience getting a new phone was friendly and comforting. They went down to the simplest detail to make sure I was happy. I said my favorite color as a male was pink and they made it their mission to go through all their phone cases to find the one pink phone case that fits my phone. Customer service lacks in many places like the TMobile by target, but this simple mall location has amazing women that work there that definitely made this gay boys day!

Fantastic Verizon Branch. Awesome and friendly staff! They turned me from Google Fi to Verizon in all of 5 minutes! AT&T lost a customer because they didn't have stock of the Pixel Fold (nor a display unit to demonstrate with either)!

TERRIBLE service. I went here to pick up an online order and the lady at the counter DID NOT know how to do his job correctly or the store system. I waited over an hour for an Express Pickup and she is still confused on what she should be doing. She is inventorying all the stores products and SIM cards first as well. Like what does that have to do with my online order. TERRIBLE locationHad to cancel my order because she took too long. This is my time with my kids she wasted. Fire her

I was sold something that didn't work right, went to return it and I was told that there is a restocking fee of $26.00, plus you can only return things on a Monday yup you read it right only Mondays, wow what a place. So between restocking fee and returns only on Monday you get one star only and I don't feel you really deserve that.I'll go back too shopping on line at Amazon there I can get my money back and I can return it any day of the week.

Associates helped me resolve my trade in credit and also assisted me in choosing a phone case for my 14pro max. Awesome staff, knowledgeable and always helpful. Customer service is always on point and great every time. Shout out to this store, y’all are awesome! Thank you !! ??

I purchased Verizon wireless business internet from Karla, I was told that I would only pay 25.00 plus tax for unlimited data, which was not true, I had service for only a week , when I received a text alerting me that I had used half of my data which was only 300GB instead of the unlimited data I was first promised, I purchased another business internet, since I believed it was only 25.00, I could get by with 600GB with both, but the data was used up quickly, so I asked for a plan that had unlimited, since it wasn't the case from the start, but I'd work with them. I was quoted 10.00 extra, which wasn't the case either, my business spp for Verizon kept counting down on my data, so I decided yo call 611, that's when I found out everything I was told at the Sierra Vista mall Verizon store was incorrect, and that my bill was 535.38 , I stated that could not be correct. And informed customer service of my issues and misinformation I was told. I returned both internet boxes and an s22 ultra I had purchased 2 weeks prior. Since phone battery does not last as stated. Then was charged 150.00 dollars for restock fees for items I bought that I was deceived on. Very poor and deceitful sales practices. I will make a formal complaint to corporate

The worst place I've been waiting an hour and 40 minutes 4 minutes and 26 seconds of service, one person on the service counter six walking around. Final words of advice was Amazon may have it or check out other places
