“Ed Morse did the right thing. Thank u, Wes, you now have another person who will use your place of business, because YOU did the right thing. This location (and others) will no longer take any vehicles that have Endurance insurance, because Endurance LIED, they said they would cover the repair, then became flippant and very unprofessional over the phone. There's a civil lawsuit that's been filed against them, use Google and join, PLEASE, that is the only way to rid ourselves and others of this asinine and worthless company. A retired (Veteran) should not have to deal with this stress, and NO, I will not let this go. Thank you again, for what you stated earlier. And thank u for taking care of my friend
