“Thank you to Trent who went above and beyond what I expected, to make my purchase memorable. I had a problem with my purchase as was not happy with it. Trent graciously allowed me to return the item and assisted me in getting what I really wanted. This is my second purchase and I can recommend West-End Pawn as a honest and reputable place to do business. Thank you!”

“Genuine loving caring people who desperately want to help those who want to help themselves. They don't have enough to go around due to all those in need which is understanding. I was grateful even though I was not able to be helped with the things that I needed to be helped with with their guidance and their prayers. Thank you all. Your love was much appreciated.”

“I have gone to this thrift store many times. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have purchased everything from baby items to books to yarn to clearance items. I think the volunteers are very dedicated to keeping their space looking good. The building is quite old, but they keep it clean and inviting. This is my favorite thrift store in all of Cochise County. They have a very large selection of sale items, clothes, books, knick knacks, dishes, and unexpected items. They may have a smaller furniture section, but when they end up with more than they have space for, they just use a space that has the extra room. I will say that if you find something you like, GRAB IT!!! it will probably not be there the next time you visit. They also have a huge variety of prices...some things are a bit pricey, but most things are very reasonable...do yourself a favor and go to their website for their hours, then GO THERE, you will enjoy shopping there!”

“New from MT, bought a house “site unseen” totally online- passed all inspections but then with 10 weeks had 3 refrigerators go out on me(DEAD OF SUMMER) and this last time rather than Craigslist or Facebook I went to Donate it and for $200 got a nearly new fridge DELIVERED to my home. They were even willing to work with me more had I needed it. This is a place of Good Faith and Helping Hands. Namaste, Amy Daem”

“Goodwill, the only huge thrift store in the area with ample parking, donation acceptance & a job connection center. One can come shop, donate goods or come in to use the computers at the job center, and Shirley is the coordinator at the job center to help with resumes & print out paperwork or any questions you may have. The employees ate very nice & donated items are constantly being put out on the floor clothes, TVs, toys, & brick a brack. They have daily & weekly specials along with 50% off colored tag discounts weekly. The early bird gets the worm, the best time is in the morning when everything has been put out the night before or go in the afternoon when more stuff is being replenished throughout the day. Goodwill hunting.”
