All right this review has got to do with customer service and returns.I returned an item in person at the store, I did not have the physical receipt, I did have the electronic record of the purchase.The initial assistant could not have been more helpful with helping to resolve the issue. She went above and beyond, I couldn't have been more happy with her professionalism.She figured out a way to get the receipt by contacting a phone number and explaining to the person on the phone what the situation was.The person on the phone sent an email with the receipt information, with this information my refund would have gone through without any hassle.However the email was not showing up.So I did not want to inconvenience this assistant any further.So instead a store credit was issued without that email.She was professional and knew how to do her job.However 5 minutes later the email showed up as I was walking through the store considering what to buy with this card which I hadn't intended to do but since I couldn't use this money on my credit card for other purposes I would have to use it in target, no big deal I supposeSo now I thought let me see if I can return this store credit and have the money returned to my credit card as I had initially gone to the store for.If it was going to be inconvenient for the busy staff , I would forgo this idea but it won't hurt to ask, is what I was thinking. How wrong I was.That's when things went south.The nice initial assistant wasn't there on my return, there was another assistant who had been next to the nice assistant to whom I said "do you remember me I was just here a few minutes ago" and I explained the situation.I also included, if the solution was going to be simple that would be fine, and if not that would also be fine. i basically didn't want to be wasting my time or his.But I get this disapproving look on this guy's face which primed me.Maybe I'm wrong but there was attitude on his face no doubt, smirking not looking me in the face the usual signs of, oh here comes a problem customer.He could not give me a straight answer all I wanted was a "yes it's going to be a problem or no, it's no problem or I don't know and let me see if it is a problem". That would have been the most professional straightforward thing to do but no that's not what happened he started responding like the typical robotic big store untrained unprofessional person who did not like his job or assertive people.I wasn't taking his attitude.He then called for a higher authority to handle this simple task. This would be a nice segway to how AI can replace certain workers but i'll pass on that.This higher authority was no better. Upon her arrival, this assistant attempts to explain incorrectly and totally out of context what I was trying to explain to him. But of course he got it all wrong because he wasn't listening to the issue he was paying more attention to the trip on his shoulder.This was when I interjected when I realized she was not getting the relevant information which she would have needed to resolve the non-issue that had now become an issue.And this is when it escalatedIt turns out that She was made from the same cloth as her colleague which I noticed when she would not let me complete my sentence So now the higher power proceeds to say "sir you need to calm down" even though I was using the same decibel level. I was just being assertive which obviously with a lot of people they take that as being angry or something like that. I was aggravated by the unprofessionalism though , no doubt ,but in control.She said the wrong thing, I was not angry she was making me out to be something that I wasn't and that then made me somewhat angry but not to the point of me raising my voice or anything like that. Because we hear on the media what happens next in this wonderful society that we live in, the cops would have been on the scene in a few minutes and god only knows what type of cops turn up, that a c

Honestly this target is the absolute worse I have ever been to. The staff act like they don't want to be there nothing is ever restocked and in the mornings and afternoons they leave all staff carts out blocking every aisle. The cashiers act as if they don't get paid enough to even say hi as you approach the register the Starbucks in this place is the exact same. Like everyone just hates working there and being there in general as if they weren't getting paid to be there and you aren't a paying customer literally giving you dirty looks as you approach (starbucks or cashiers) If you don't like your job find somewhere else to work it's so odd that people that age act this way. Seriously bummed that it's the only target in the area.

Target needs to do the exchange clothes service again, my mom just had a baby and is going back to work so she's figuring out what size pants she needs. She bought a pair of pants that ended up being a size larger so she went to swap her pants out but target doesn't offer the service anymore so she ended up returning the pants and she got a gift card. She went and bought the same exact pants but in a size smaller and she owed a dollar extra. It's not that big of a deal but it's disappointing that when you expect a full price return you don't get the full price.

Political Correctness beyond "woke!" I applaud any stores that can show diversity in their marketing, HOWEVER, Target has taken it to the next level. If you're going to showcase diversity in the entire store you may want to include all races. If the argument is ".... Month celebration " then we should expect that the same will be done for all others as well. Each and every month. Hypocrisy runs deep when "celebrations" are one sided. Think about friends.

I waz just at frys self check was nasty ! So it was nice to walk up to targets self check & see someone wipe the register down between people ! We told her thank you also !

Clean organized store. Friendly staff. Prices a bit higher than other locations. A tip for non local residents is if you want/need Starbucks then you have to go here or Safeway. There are no stand alone Starbucks in AZ that I have seen.

Wish i could give 0 stars. The worst I've ever been treated by a store manager. I bought a 400 quest 2 from there. And it never worked. So i went to return it a couple days later and they accused me of bringing them a different quest 2 and wouldn't refund me. So they sold me a 400$ non working quest 2 and no only wouldn't return it. The banned me from thier store. Tempted to stand outside the building and protest these crooks

I love that the staff always has my order correct for order pickup. Also, when I've gone to the store and come in contact with team members they are all very courteous and helpful. They usually have everything stocked pretty well, and I like how they've been adding more fresh grocery items to their pickup. My favorite thing to get here is tea, Celsius energy drinks, and premier protein. They also have a huge baby section that has lots of cute clothes for my son. We also get some good happy baby brand teethers and snacks here

It was really hot in there for 100 outside it felt like 90 in there with a mask on. I feel for the employees that wear a mask with no fans on them. Hope get extra money.

Terrible customer service while attempting to make a return. They had one employee at the customer service where you take returns. I was second in line. After helping the lady in front of me the worker didn't say a word to me and left the counter to do something else. I waited patiently. As she returned, another employee cut in front of me without saying a word and walked a customer to the counter to have a security tag removed. Finally after waiting too long I was able to return the item. The biggest issue is the total lack of care I experienced. A quick "we'll be right with you" or "I'm sorry we're going to have to help this person before you" or any semblance of courtesy or good customer service would have made it tolerable.

Average Target. It's nice to see a Target in a small town. Good to have an alternative to Walmart. Staff here are friendly. Nothing special.

Every store in Sierra Vista can take lessons on what great customer service is by going to Target. The place is always clean and the employees are helpful and always friendly. Whatever they are doing. Keep doing it!! Just awesome.

Always have what I'm looking for! Great customer service. Easy to work with for exchanges or returns. Their products are trendy, functional and good quality. Clean restrooms. The pharmacy is the fastest in town!
