As i mentioned before with my review of the Tmobile store at the Target shopping center that i would be reviewing this store at the mall. I'm going to cut through the chase and dive right into my review, because the staff at this store has no customer service skills whatsoever. Allow me to explain i have been needing a cel for some time, and i was waiting for my movie to start & i had sime time to kill so i went into the TMOBILE store adjacent to the mall, and the staff was on their cel phones they didn't bother to acknowledge nor help me. I asked a question & i was ignored they continued to be on their phones, and when they finally acknowledged me they had attitude so i walked out. I don't understand how this store survives at the mall with staff who don't care about customers. I'd like to see their sales report and I'd bet their sales are ridiculously very low. I don't know who is the manager or the owner, but it's obvious that they are not very involved with the store nor the staff, because if they were staff would not be ignoring customers. My advice is don't waste your time going to this store it's best to go to the other Tmobile store at the Target shopping center where they care about their customers & do their job right.

Do NOT get their internet. It is worthless. Barely works, is very slow, outages constantly. Have to reset the router multiple times and still won't connect. When it is working occasionally you are never given the speed you pay for. Cell phones have issues as well. 0 STARS

I had lost my phone while traveling overseas with my family. When I got back, went to this location. They were really courteous and gave me specific info on how to get a replacement. Thank God for insurance. In less than 24 hours, there was a new phone at my door. They helped make the process very easy.

Truly excellent experience at this store. Mia set up four accounts for us. She is very professional, efficient, friendly, and smart. She was also very willing and available to help out with accounts that are out of state. She truly went above and beyond to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. We needed to port from two different accounts and the porting at that end was not smooth. Thank goodness Mia was there to help navigate. She also helped set up our internet and business accounts. Mia is a gem and represents excellence in her work ethic and knowledge. Highly recommend this store. We also had the pleasure of working with Alex and Johnny and the three complemented each other well to get a difficult job done. Again, wonderful interpersonal skills in all the staff. We are lucky to have this store in SV

David at the mall was a 10, I have been here several times they are always knowledgeable. But today 3/14/23 I went in cause I left my watch charger in a hotel and would have to wait a week, David was so nice and found an extra one at the store and no charge! HUGE rave, Thank you!

My one star review has nothing to do with the store employees. Only of its internet modem and services. You get what you pay for. Remember that. I left Cox internet because it was too expensive and went with Tmobile home internet. The price is cheap. But so is the service. Great speed for a week. Then it drops dramatically. I will gladly go back to Cox Communications for internet.

Equipment seems to be first rate, customer service is poor. Promises of return calls not kept. Kudos to staff very protective of the manager and very fast to make threats of calling security on those who insist on receiving the services they have already paid in advance for. Had to go to the store in person and be firm. You will be considered abusive if you look them in the eye when you speak. Don't donate your phone to their charity without getting all the information from it to port your number over to your new phone. We were given the excuses and runaround for four days with excuses all very reasonable except nobody took the responsibility to get the gob done, nice people or not. I suppose it might have been the "you didn't buy this at our store" routine, but aren't we all one big happy company after all.

Mia from the T-Mobile Sierra Vista Store was polite n nice n made sure my T-Mobile sim card was in my phone as I did n upgrade on my phone today July 9th. Store was clean. Thank you Mia for the simplest thing you did for me. Have a great weekend.

Great customer service , definitely ask for Mia. She helped us through setting up a new iPhone and her customer service is top tier. 10/10 would recommend.
