The SV Professional Cleaning team did an amazing job cleaning my mother's home, in preparation for placing it on the market. They were efficient, friendly, and thorough and the cost was very reasonable. Will definitely be working with them again in the future.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Sierra Vista Professional Cleaning on April 29, 2024. Here’s why:
My first call with the owner, Jesus, was intense due to my anxiety, but he handled it well. I appreciated his professionalism at the time, but things quickly went downhill on the day of service. The team arrived 20 minutes late, despite Jesus giving me a specific time in an email. I had expressed my anxiety, yet Jesus sent someone with limited English skills, causing significant communication issues. The taller staff member, who spoke English, chose not to assist, creating a chaotic situation. Since we had to have them clean, I felt stuck, which Jesus knew.
The house was nearly spotless before they arrived. We move a lot, and this was our first renting experience after 17 years as a military family. The house required about 45 minutes of work for two says my experience. However, the staff took less than 2 hours and were frequently on their phones rather than working efficiently. I could have used help pulling weeds in the backyard if they were bored, lol.
I was quoted $250 when they arrived at the house. I was under the impression that this amount was for the cleaning service itself, not to cover staffs online doctors' appointments . The amount of work done did not justify the cost, making the charge feel unfair and unprofessional.
Dealing with Jesus was frustrating to say the least. He seemed to try to provoke me into reacting loudly to label me as a 'Karen.' His lack of people skills and the confusion about the business’s legitimacy added to the stress. After a 20-minute call with my husband, Jesus offered a $50 discount, he could have just offered me that discount and saved me a whole day of arguing.
This ordeal showed me how much healing really works, as I managed to stay calm the day of service, so thank you, Jesus!
I share this to help others avoid a similar experience. Avoid Sierra Vista Professional Cleaning. The service was hostile, communication was poor, and the handling of issues was unprofessional. I also find it odd that when you search the business number, two businesses come up, one of which is not on the approved First West list. With all that said, the carpet cleaner was kind, which was a small positive in an otherwise negative experience.
If you value clear communication, professionalism, and fair billing practices, look elsewhere.
