I took a can to be shaken and the employee Martin explained to me how the air got into the can. He took off the dried-up paint and put it on the machine and the paint is now good as new. Martins's customer service was outstanding.

I am a local painter. I always go to Sherwin for my materials.Mainly because of Martin.Martin is a super fantastic employee! Super polite and proficient! All around good guy! Give that man raise!

Been a painter for over 20 years, the manager here who I believe is Ken is one of the more knowledgeable people I have come across. I stopped coming here for awhile because the store was never in stock, but with new management that seems to have changed. Store also looks nice. I see the new manager cleaning the store windows a couple times a week as I pull up...I don't think I have ever seen a manager clean windows before.

The Sierra Vista Sherwin Williams is AWESOME!!!!The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, especially Martin.Martin helped us get a great paint and a perfect color match for our job.Every time we called to get more paint , Martin remembered who we were and had it waiting for us as promised.Martin did a FANTASTIC job taking care of us , and it made us want to use only that store for paint.
