i went to the seafood counter, the man working was so rude, the i bought tuna, one pound of ham and shrimp ceviche and salmon.everything but the salmon was rotten. we had to through 40.00 of food away! i wont buy from safeway again

I like the selection but at 6:30 pm every time they have one checker and 5-8 people in line and no boxboy. Their prices are outrageous and kroger can afford more help. They are trying to encourage you to do their job for them and check yourself out which I will not ever do. One of these times I'll just leave the cart there and go.

I am appalled to discover today that the 10% off senior discount is not given if the order is placed online. This simply is not acceptable.FRY'S ALWAYS give the discount to online orders. Boo Safeway.

I am new to Sierra Vista and decided to compare grocery stores here. Safeway was my last store to check out. I was not impressed at all. At the check out I asked the cashier Jennifer about how to get the deals and if they offered a card. She said put your phone number in, which is an out of state number. Nothing happened. Then she said, well we don't offer a card. She was rude and not helpful at all. She yelled at my brother to move up but the person in front of us was still having his groceries bagged. We won't go back again. We met a lot of friendly and helpful people since we got to Sierra Vista, just not at Safeway. We'll shop elsewhere.

I ordered a sandwich, seems like an easy task. First only 1 bread option, okay. Then no Spinach, okay. Then no horseradish, okay. Then I ask for oil & vinegar and instead she covered my sandwich in Italian dressing, still okay. THEN, I find a DEAD FLY IN MY SANDWICH! NOT OKAY!!! NOT OKAY AT ALL!!! BEWARE!!! DONT GET SANDOS FROM SAFEWAY DELI!!

The grocery aspect of this store is okay but the salad and chicken wing bar is always out of stock and the quality of food is very mediocre when I know other Safeways have better quality then this location. The staff there also sucks kinda pretty bad and they all seem like they hate their job.

I've been here a couple times and I find this Safeway to be pretty average. The products I like were in stock, other than Crystal Geyser water. Everything else was as expected.

Absolutely terrible service! I was waiting at the fresh meat counter a few minutes before I noticed the "ring bell for service" sign. I ring the bell and while I'm waiting, an employee - a bagger I believe - had approached the counter. After a few more minutes, the butcher arrived. He started to make his way toward me and I indicated that I wanted two Ahi tuna steaks. Before he could retrieve my steaks, the bagger got his attention and the butcher simply turned his back to me and proceeded to help the bagger, who apparently had a question about some chicken. The bagger never apprised the butcher that I was there first and the butcher simply dismissed me to help the bagger. When he finally made his way to me, 2 - 3 minutes later, there was no explanation or anything else. It was only after I informed him I had been waiting for service for a longer period of time than the bagger and I thought it was rude the way he simply walked off, did he offer a weak apology. Absolutely terrible service!
