Go elsewhere save your self money and multiple repeat visits for less than professional glass repair! 2016 Honda pilot first glass experience with Safelite they put the wrong windshield in that would not sync with the vehicles cameras... Why would you even give us the vehicle back without telling us that you replaced the cracked windshield with the wrong part? After replacing it with the correct OEM windshield they did not replaced the molding clips that they broke during R&R and the molding was falling off and one missing fell off the car! After fixing their unprofessional work, they claimed they ordered the missing molding piece, here we are almost 4 months later no call from Safelite with any updates about the ordered piece. I contacted customer service they said there was no record of a warranty order for that part and the Sierra Vista Safelite shop refused to claim that they agreed to replaced the warrantied item! Dishonest, unprofessional, look elsewhere!

Friendly staff! I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days online. They replaced my windshield quickly and provide good instructions on what limitations applied in the next few days. The only thing that stood out was that the window looked as if they wiped it down with a dirty cloth. I expected it to be nice and clean considering it was new.I would recommend them for windshield replacement.

We've had bad experiences with Safelite in the past. Had the hood dented after the tech dropped it on the car. Took weeks to get another windshield and get the hood fixed. Then when they came out they put so much glue on it was seeping out onto the windshield and they did a horrible job cleaning it up. Shout out to Henry that replaced it today. Professional and took his time. Unfortunately he broke the plastic ends trying to remove it because it was heavily glued but he reached out to his boss and will be replacing it next week. I highly recommend asking for Henry to install your next windshield.
