They told me the subtotal 3.89. I ran my card, they said it didn't work. Huh then the total was 4.11 without explanation. She read me the subtotal. The beautiful black Army Woman, stood up, and supported me. They were absolutely nasty. Just moved from Missouri. Where you're told the whole total price, tax included. In Missouri if you have 20 on your card 3.89or 4.11 should instantly process. I called to explain why we had an issue she read me the subtotal...doesn't include tax. They accused me of scamming them. THEY ARE TELLING CUSTOMERS THE WRONG PRICE. SUBTOTAL IS BEFORE TAX. TOTAL INCLUDES TAX. Having worked a 1, 1 million dollar sonic, also working at a 1.5 million dollar sonic. Telling people the proper total is crucial. Imagine a car hop. Total is 3.89 no tax, no cheese, not sonic sized...then walks out and asks for 7.89. Subtotal before tax...total what the customer is expected to pay. Learn the difference. If you tell a customer the subtotal over the phone...they don't have to pay more. Your mistake eat the difference. Does your store annual make 1 million pure profif or 1.5 million pure profit? All overhead and bills paid? Maybe listen and not hate, yell, or insult your customers. Constitutional law, corporate law, and defense law. For when i am bored.

The guy behind the counter told me about liver damage today because I been buying a lot of booze. I told him oh it’s not for me and he said for who your son? I said are you crazy my son is 17 what type of mom you think I am. We been going to this store with the old owners when my son was 6 years old. They lost a costumer today. You never judge a costumer. You don’t know who I am what I am buying for who. I felt humiliated today. It’s a no no. And who is he to judge anybody. Anyways they won’t see me again!!!

Has anyone else noticed how they charge more for "convenience" at this store than any other in Sierra Vista? Scalping the lower income households that frequent the store front...Not to mention, the foods originate from other stores in Sierra Vista and are often expired. Ensure you check the date on specialty drinks, dairy and eggs. I purchased cottage cheese that was two weeks past expiration and noted the same expiration date on the remaining containers for another two weeks... and $6.50 for a box of cereal. What the hell? It's not even the good ish, like Kashi. Finally, to brag, you have the highest number of lottery winners in Arizona... The dangum lottery, in itself, is a system rigged to sap the paychecks of the poor and the wishful. Ultimately, that's just another example of what I'm talking about. There are not often price tags on the items; so prices may vary.

This store is located at the corner 7th and Theater Ave. It looks not like a part of any chain store, but presents an unpleasant and ugly scene at night as does a Circle K chain store on Fry.It has a group of young kids who gather around store front door at night, only at night. I don't know if these kids are the same ones gathering at Circle K on Fry. The owner of the store also owns entire the shopping lot, I heard. It seems unsafe to shop at night at this store.

A convenience store and licor store, not opened at convenient hours (beyond 8pm) go figure.

Just bought liquid laundry soap. Didn’t notice until I walked home and used it that it’s been very obviously opened already and watered down. What a rip off!!

Prices are extreme and not always marked correctly with no apologies. Check the price before you buy.
