“So far they are awesome. We had a difficult situation with a different Realty company at the very end of the month and Sierra shadows realty helped us squeeze right in by the first of the month . Any issues we've came across they've gotten it done in a timely manner. We came from a landlord who would take months to fix something, and Kathy and KD make sure it's done within a week, which to me is very reasonable especially with the way things are these days. Our heater went out and they had someone come the same day and help us get it going again. Any light fixture issues we had discovered they fixed. I love the fact this company is family owned. Gives it a good mom and pop feel. I've lived all over the country and rented from many places and this has been one of the best experiences we've had given the emergency we ran into before renting from them. We moved into our home, managed by Bradley Properties almost 2 weeks ago, and started the application process roughly a week prior. Could not recommend enough! From the initial tours, to application process and move in, and currently! We have received absolutely amazing customer service; above and beyond what was expected! Randy, Sarah, the maintenance and vendors who prepared our home all deserve a shout out!
