“Previously, I had left a bad review as a dissatisfied customer due to issues receiving my packages. Since then, our local UPS has really made some drastic changes in a positive way. We now have absolutely no issues with receiving our packages. I have had a chance to talk with our UPS driver, and he is a really cool guy who is very friendly and takes honest care of his customers' packages.
