“My first visit to the store, Leon assisted me and was extremely helpful. There were issues with my phone, so he was willing to air drop photos from my old phone to the new one.
Upon my second visit to the store, I did have to wait for over an hour because the store was extremely busy. All I needed was a transfer. However once I was helped, Tyler was very helpful and realized there was a problem with my new phone. It didn’t have enough GIGS (I think) to transfer everything from my phone. That was not something g that was addressed prior to turn in of my old phone. Tyler refunded me and then ordered a 16 pro max that had the same 256 GIGS as my old phone. I was stilled charged for the phone, but I am getting a new ph one in a few days.”

“I waited a few days to give a review, and being totally true full, I can't really find all the words to express how great my experience was, I didn't want to do the changes, but their offer for over 55 was worth trying but had account with different providers new phone I was paying on so I figured 2 -3 hrs. Or more doing this in the store. Boy did I get surprised, explaining what i needed and hope to do keeping number and phone I had just couple mouth and wanted to keep if possible, The young lady helping me Anna very professional no dough new what she was doing but so easily and with confident and experience. To be honest she moved everything needing too , fast for me too keep up totally amazed thinking to my self what all did I miss, because she was finishing up with what I walked in hoping what needed to be done was already done less than 45 min. But their was a lot in this case to be done.Out the door with it a done deal and in this case 75.00 savings a mouth. Yes worth it, and a young employee who said 2 years of doing this work, but done it with such eas I thought 8 to 10 years of experience so yes be on a good experience and thankful for such needed to be said And really I think my service has also improved no it has for the better.
