We were helped by the store manager and she did such a great job. It was our first time ever shopping for a mattress and she answered all of our questions. She was very patient and helpful while we tried most of the mattresses in the store. We also appreciated that she didn't try pushing us into buying any particular product after discussing it with us. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend.

Received two robo calls. One the day before delivery and the next day twenty minutes before arrival. All items delivered in perfect condition and great care was taken to avoid damage to the premises. I was shown how to operate adjustable bed frame and all items that were delivered were reviewed and signed for. Great service.

I was greeted by a Sleep Expert as I entered the store. She showed me the options available and assisted me in picking a new mattress and box spring set.I was very pleased with the service.

Customer service was great. They made sure our needs were met and didn’t pressure us into just buying something we weren’t looking for. It’s difficult to pick a mattress they really helped us pick the best one and guaranteed we could return it if it didn’t meet our needs.

The staff was kind and courteous. They listened to our needs and did not try to up-sale me on the mattress. I was able to get in, find a mattress I liked and get it purchased very very quickly and efficiently. Will definitely go back for next mattress purchase.

I just had the most amazing shopping experience! The store had a wide selection of mattresses, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. Thanks to the professionalism and expertise of Morgan Holmes and Aaron, I found exactly what I was looking for. The checkout process was quick and efficient. I purchased a mattress on a Wednesday night, and my delivery options were Friday and or Saturday. The prices were reasonable, and the quality of the products exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping in the future!

My wife and I just purchased a Serta Hybrid mattress and adjustable frame. Had to replace a 25 year old mattress. The entire staff was professional, friendly. My experience was excellent. Elahe, Morgan, & Eric are always helpful. Elahe made my experience pleasant. They had a lot of customers come in at one time and she was always attentive and ensured we knew they would be with us soon. She also asked what I had in mind and to me right to the mattress that fit what I was looking for. I visited the Sierra Vista location 3 times and they never disappoint. Thanks for all you do!
