Supervisor Paul and other great associates helped give me the guidance and confidence to redo my bathroom. It was my first project of this kind. Still need to put in my floor boards, install the backsplash, and update my mirror and lighting, but I am thrilled so far.Paul spent a good amount of time recommending flooring and backsplash, telling me how to install them, and making sure I had the tools to do it. AMAZING service. Absolute game changer for me and the enhanced customer service at Lowe's is 100% why I shop there rather than Home Depot (also good, but not as much personalized care).

It seems that this store has gone downhill over the years, and that may be because of the Lowe's corporation more than the employees. The reps that are on the floor and very helpful and try their best for the customer. But the overall corporation is not concerned about customer service and that feeds down to the individual stores. I had an issue that took me days to straighten out... and I don't know if it's straightened out yet Time will tell. And it has ended up being VERY costly in time and money. To make sure I'm balanced in this review, when I spoke with one of the managers, Chelsea she was very helpful, and kind and did her very best to resolve the situation. And even followed up, which is not typical. But when yet another situation came up a few weeks later, that was quite serious, I called but had to speak with a different manager, Jessica. This manager was was demeaning, rude and downright nasty. I ended up having to call corporate to get the situation resolved... somewhat. The whole situation took me a few hours to resolve... and it was only partially resolved. I wouldn't bother to make any complaints to corporate. The woman I spoke with was pleasant and kept "complimenting" me, but took no action to resolve the situation. I didn't care about compliments, I only wanted resolution. That's what you'll get from corporate. But if you want to try, I did find the number to call corporate directly and get a real person, which wasn't easy... 1-704-758-1000. For me, I will continue to use Home Depot and never return to Lowe's again. It was too "expensive" in terms of time and energy to try to get all the errors taken care of. Wishing all who read this much success and enjoyment in their projects. And hoping that there will be changes in Lowes at some point. They used to be better.

Debbie was our cashier. She was very nice and helpful. Also a very nice associate helped load us up with lumber and cement, didn't get his name. The best service from Lowe's ever. Thank You

When I asked for help finding something, someone immediately helped me. Then something wasn't working right and my cashier Noemi called Isaac the assistant storemanager and he came right away to help. I also work in retail and consider this to be one of the best shopping experiences I've had! I highly recommend shopping at Lowe's Sierra Vista!

We've been dealing with Lowes. Sierra Vista, for almost 3 years now.ABSOLUTELY STELLAR! They get it! Are they PERFECT? No... none of us ate. Anytime we had an issue it was resolved! Have spent over $35K on recording and such. GO THETE! You will have your expectations met.

Enjoy the Veterans discount. Product placement leaves much to be desired. Commerical Plumbing products are furthest away from Pro Desk. Makes you feel like Plumbers are the least desired clients at Lowes.

I've called 8 times trying to reach eithor the department I need or a manager... with no outcome. This store is full of horrible and unqualified people. It is to much of a struggle for spending your money at this locaction. I would give a 0 star if I could.

Customer service is NONEXISTENT. I spent 30 minutes trying to find someone to help me. Found someone in the department and the girls were to busy talking to pay attention. Sent me on a wild goose chase and still didn’t find what I needed. Outrageous that I physically had to CALL the store while IN the store to get help.

It's a hit and miss in this store as far as customer service goes. I have asked people for help and had them actually get upset with me for asking. Other times, they will take you right to where you need to be. I bought a lot of wood and had to younger guys come outside to show me where it was. I asked both of them for help and they said they couldn't and then walked off. While I loaded it alone, both guys wondered around the parking lot try to look busy, but never actually did anything. I understand that today's employees don't really want to put effort into their job. So what I do now is look for the item I can't find on my phone and only ask for help as a last resort. This is the sad state of things in our current times.
