It seems that this store has gone downhill over the years, and that may be because of the Lowe's corporation more than the employees. The reps that are on the floor and very helpful and try their best for the customer. But the overall corporation is not concerned about customer service and that feeds down to the individual stores. I had an issue that took me days to straighten out... and I don't know if it's straightened out yet Time will tell. And it has ended up being VERY costly in time and money. To make sure I'm balanced in this review, when I spoke with one of the managers, Chelsea she was very helpful, and kind and did her very best to resolve the situation. And even followed up, which is not typical. But when yet another situation came up a few weeks later, that was quite serious, I called but had to speak with a different manager, Jessica. This manager was was demeaning, rude and downright nasty. I ended up having to call corporate to get the situation resolved... somewhat. The whole situation took me a few hours to resolve... and it was only partially resolved. I wouldn't bother to make any complaints to corporate. The woman I spoke with was pleasant and kept "complimenting" me, but took no action to resolve the situation. I didn't care about compliments, I only wanted resolution. That's what you'll get from corporate. But if you want to try, I did find the number to call corporate directly and get a real person, which wasn't easy... 1-704-758-1000. For me, I will continue to use Home Depot and never return to Lowe's again. It was too "expensive" in terms of time and energy to try to get all the errors taken care of. Wishing all who read this much success and enjoyment in their projects. And hoping that there will be changes in Lowes at some point. They used to be better.

I really didn't want to put this on here but I have shopped at Lowes for years and always have had great service. We purchased a refrigerator on 08-22-2023 and when we got it home and unpackaged it we found it was damaged. We do not live in SV so I called to see if we could get a discount on the product. I have pictures of the damage. They told us we needed to bring in the receipt and pictures and they would give us 15 % off. Wasn't worth it as it would have cost us that or more to drive there and back plus our time. Will have to think twice about going to that store again. Also no one answers the phones in any of the departments.

This is for the Lowe's in Sierra Vista, AZ. On March 1, 2023 we purchased quite a bit $258.46 (just on this one date) of tile for our bathroom remodel. Unfortunately our contract got sick and was unable to work on our project for MONTHS. Today, August 7, 2023, we took five boxes of this tile to the Sierra Vista Lowes with our receipt and was told they couldn't take it back as it had been more than 90 days. Our contractor COULD NOT INSTALL the tile. I had heard that the return policy was generous. NOT anymore. The receipt says NOTHING about a 90 return policy. It refers one to the website. On the website there is no way to submit a written complaint. Now it appears we are stuck with A LOT of tile we can't use. We purchased a very old house about a year ago. There is a lot of work to be done. We WON'T be buying anything from Lowe's.

I went in to our local Lowes to purchase some lumber. Before entering the store I looked around the entrance for a lumber cart, seeing none at the door, I figured they would be set up inside the store someplace.I walked the whole store twice and saw nothing but regular shopping carts, not one cart capable of carrying anything heavy, or lumber in particular. I asked on cashier where they were at and told prob out in the parking lot, So I left, and guess what, they were all just hanging out in the corrals!Lost a sale that day, going to be going to the home depot from now on. I am not corralling carts from the parking lot to shop!

Lucas was very nice helped us out with the washer and dryer also Jenny was very nice and helped us she was really friendly and helped us answer questions for us regarding the washers like which one had a longer delay of which 1 to buy. Also we have dealt with Tim who is really nice And Jessie they were very nice.

Employees with poor attitudes can really bring down a corporations bottom line. When checking out this morning, I was introduced to one of the worst cashiers I experienced in the past 10 years. Chere is her name working at the Sierra Vista, AZ store. I guess I was bothering her when I asked to receive my military discount that requires a cashier to check you out. She was rude and inconsiderate. When did Lowe's employees stop thanking you for your patronage? Once finished with my transaction, she did not say thanks or thank you. I guess she was waiting for me to say it and I did. I can understand someone not thanking someone for their service, but 'us' customers make businesses.

So I started my kitchen remodeling 9 months ago. My cabinets were delivered in March. Due to damage to a cabinet and the wrong width pieces being ordered they were reordered. They were delivered to the store in april which were promptly lost. My new cabinet was delivered to me in July and other pieces were delivered to the store which again were promptly lost by the store. The wrong width piece between fridge and counter was ordered so I sent that back to the store for a refund and just proceeded with installation without it. So now my kitchen isn't the way I'd like it. I was refunded my countertop installation because the company they use has a 4-6 month turn around and went with a local company which has been wonderful. However when I went to get the refund they were trying to push me out the door with a I'll contact you later line. Nope that didn't fly. As of yet the local lowes store has not answered corporate emails or communicated with me about what's going on or if their even going to finish the job. So wrong size upper cabinet ordered, no trim, need a skin for my upper fridge cabinet side because of missing fridge side piece. On the plus side the cabinet installer has been good to work with. They installed the cabinets beautifully despite the missing pieces that's the stores fault and have been available and communicative. Also the cabinets are better than what I had, I just wish the experience, customer service, professionalism had been better. Quite frankly when your spending that much money you shouldn't have to also be the contractor that's what your hiring them to do. So to finish this up would I recommend anyone have their cabinets done through lowes no. Even with saving money if you get them on a sale it's not worth it.
