Otis Washington is the best car salesman there. Dave in the service department is awesome too. I am so pleased we got our 2020 Honda CRV here and despite the distance still get service done there. If I ever purchase another vehicle, it will be the 1st place I look.

I called Honda service on Tuesday when my car wouldn’t start. They said they couldn’t take calls and to leave my name and number and someone would call me back. I did. It’s Friday. No one called me. Evidently customer service is not a priority. A Good Samaritan helped me get my car up and running.

My experience was 10/10 from start to finish. My sales agent David Carrillo was top notch. He was not pushy or arrogant. He was just the opposite, super helpful and knowledgeable. He also was super supportive and let us know he would be there from through the whole process which made buying a new car enjoyable instead of scary. The Sales Manager Chucky was also extremally helpful and his upbeat attitude and helpful nature help make up my mind to purchase with Lawley instead of driving to Tucson. I also enjoyed the finance department and dealing with Mike Heemsbergen he was just amazing at his job. Before I left David showed me all the features and Chucky assured me if I have any questions I can call and they would be happy to assist. I love the team at Lawley Honda and would recommend and have recommended to all family and friends. This is the first car I have bought in SV even though I have lived here for 17 years. Me and my family usually drive to Tucson but I am so glad I decided to go with Lawley. Thank you to everyone who works so hard day after day to bring excellent and professional service to the community.

The service department at Lawley Honda is great! I especially make an effort to come here because of the front desk, Carlos. He has some the best customer service skills in all of Cochise County. I am regular here because he always take us in and takes care of us very well.

David Carrillo provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to make my family feel welcomed and took the time to show us the features of our new car - he was very knowledgeable. I also appreciated how he included my son (6) in the car buying experience because my son was really excited for the new car just as much as I was.I’m definitely sending friends and family to Lawley Honda!!

From the beginning to the end of my new vehicle purchase, the entire staff at Lawley Honda were helpful and welcoming. David Carrillo was responsive and upfront when I was shopping for my CR-V. He made the purchaseand trade-in process easy, which I've never said about a vehicle purchase before. Mike in finance was very patient and informative and didn't pressure me in to descions I needed more time to think on. I highly recommend this Honda dealership if you're in the market for a vehicle. I love my new CR-V, thanks guys!

I needed a rental for a phoenix trip this week, both Daniel and Charles did an amazing job setting me up with one! the hand off was super easy and quick, and the rental was in great condition! 10/10 definitely recommend!! could not be more satisfied!

This review is for the Internet sales consultant, David Carrillo. I recently purchased my 2023 Honda civic type R and David was the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. He was very responsive, super detail, oriented, and one of the most pleasant sales person I've experienced in any industry. He helped me every step of the way with my out of state purchase from the beginning to the end of delivery. He also recommended an awesome transport service that was flawless as well from Arizona to California. I can't say enough good things about David and his five star service. If you're looking for a Honda in Arizona, go to Lawley Honda and look for David Carrillo. He will definitely take care of you.

Everyone who works here is very nice. However, when I first moved to the area a year ago they were recommending things be done that I had just taken care of a couple of months before...air filter, transmission service, brake fluid, etc. I understand having 150,000 miles on the car and recommending these things based on time and mileage (although the air filter should not have been dirty.) However, now I go in for an oil change and they're making recommendations for things that THEY have done on the car. A year and less than 20k miles ago they replaced my serpentine belt saying it was dry and cracked. Today they said it needs to be replaced again. I checked myself afterwards and don't see any cracks. Looking at my records I also realized that when they replaced it, it only had 30k on it (they should last 60-100k), so it probably didn't need to be replaced then either. They also said fluids were dirty. "Which fluids?" I ask. "The coolant." I nicely pointed out that they just did a coolant flush for me in May. I'm not saying they don't do good work, but compare your maintenance records carefully before accepting their recommendations.*Edits a week later*While they do admit they were in a hurry and should not have recommended the drive belt be replaced right away, I added a star because they really have gone out of their way to try and make it right. I have talked to everyone from the person who follows up after your service to the service manager, and also received a call from the GM this week. He invited me to bring it back so they could look at the drive belt, and while I was there had another multi-point inspection. They then had me go in the service bay so I could see why they had made some other recommendations. That was one of my issues - how would I know what really needs to be fixed now? In the future I'll be sure to ask more questions and request to see what they're talking about. The service manager also offered a discount on future service. Thanks!

Hand down best, service I've ever had. I own a 2012 Civic, with 180,000 miles on it. Dave, in service always makes sure my car is in the best condition before I get it back. I feel safe and my family feels safe knowing that Dave and the Honda service team is looking out for us!

So I had my wife’s car out here for repairs, not covered by warranty but it is what it is so I paid out of pocket, they have had the car for 2 MONTHS, have not offered her a rental have not kept me updated on the process, I have to call if I want to find something out about it. Even after them saying they will keep in touch, I call again today and they are still waiting on fender liners and have not touched the vehicle. AGAIN 2 MONTHS, when I asked for an estimated date they hung up on me. Someone needs to make this right and it’s not gonna be me. My experience with this place is terrible and it’s just the honest truthUpdate: got vehicle back after “repairs” for 3 months wheel wells weren’t even tucked in correctly and missing some hardware not done professionally at all. Also missing cleaning products and slide roller cover for cup holder mysteriously disappeared I expect someone to contact me about this. I could understand the parts being on back order but to not do the job right and steal is ridiculous
